This luxurious large 3-bedroom 3 bath unit is located on the promenade, on the fourth floor, 1 block away from the turnround. Panoramic view of the turnaround, prom and Tillamook head. Beautifully decorated with art and floral.

Take a few steps from the 4th floor elevator and step into a spacious entrance with a view of the ocean. Has a keyless entrance door. Fully equipped large kitchen, spacious for home cooking, large dining table for family gatherings. Has lots of counter space with under cabinet light. The living room has reclining and swivel chairs with fireplace, Wi-fi and DVD player. Lots of books, DVDs, and games to choose from.

An outdoor balcony opens up to an unobstructed view of ocean, beach, turnaround, prom and fenced green lawn. The balcony has a bench, chairs, and table. Makes a perfect spot to enjoy meals, morning coffee, catch ocean breeze, relax and people watch. The balcony extends from living room to master bedroom making that an easy excess to living room and kitchen.

All 3 bedrooms have TV, dressers, and closets. The master bedroom has a DVD, fireplace, excess to balcony. Master bath has jacuzzi with separate shower stall.
The laundry room is fully equipped with a washer, dryer, and large deep laundry sink.
This condo is located 1 block to downtown and restaurants. Parking for up to 2 vehicles per unit in off- street parking lot. (Sleeps 6)

We had stayed in the unit above this one a year ago so knew we would love the location, size and general layout of the condo. Additionally the decor and furniture were very much to our taste. Especially enjoyed the abundant options of plates and bowls available. The one big disappointment was that we knew the main bedroom had an awesome walk-in closet that we were so looking forward too. However, in this unit the owner had that locked and not available for guest use.

What a beautiful condo! We loved the layout, and this is the best equipped kitchen we have ever seen! It was also wonderful to find it stocked with extra toilet paper, napkins, and a variety of other items. Communication with the property owner and property manager were exceptional.
