We had a wonderful trip to Seaside. Condo was large and very comfortable. Walkable to so many different places. View was great. Will make this our Go To beach location. Very clean and well stocked.

Gas fireplace easy to use, kitchen well equiped but needs needs at least 1 more pot holder, a trivet, and some more serving utensils. Accessibilty being on 1st floor is great walk out to beach is lovely, but there is some foot traffic to be aware of. Main floor toilet is a little rocky and needs to be tightened in place.

Location cannot be beat! Well equipped condo, fireplace was wonderful. Condo could use a refreshed interior paint job and master bedroom mattress has serious divots. Overall a fabulous and easy place to stay! Thanks again.

Easy walk to everything in seaside. Condo was clean and comfortable. It was great to walk out the front door right onto the prom and beach.

The condo is nice. There were a couple light bulbs that didn’t work. The main bed mattress could definitely be replaced as the middle sags which left me with a sore back in the morning. Also, with the continuing price drop of TVs, for a couple hundred bucks a little updating wouldn’t hurt the experience for the evenings when it’s dark outside. Overall I would come back here but if a more updated unit was available I would take it instead. The communication was very good from the host and the price was fair.

Perfect Location, Well Appointed!

Really beautiful property with quality furnishings and housewares. Even though it's on the first floor, the view was still amazing! The location was perfect, close to everything in downtown Seaside. So much better than staying in a local hotel!

The Promenade at Seaside condo was cozy and perfect for our family. It has a great oceanfront location and a block away from all the downtown shops and restaurants. The condo was just a few steps to the boardwalk from the back door. It was clean and well stocked with all the basic needs for our short stay like soaps, detergents, trash bags, etc. They even provided a few camp chairs and beach towels for the beach. The west coast sunsets are amazing.

A Widows Getaway

It was so relaxing. The trip filled our spirit and renewed our soul. The condo location was so convenient for everyone. The amenities were good (loved the gas fireplace), and the size of the livingroom was perfect for all.

Perfect Location!

Loved the location! So convenient to access both the beach and also local restaurants, shopping, etc. Also loved being right on the Promenade for morning walks. The convenience was so perfect for beach comings and goings with the kids. The condo was well appointed and all the beds were comfortable. 5 of us stayed very comfortably. We mostly ate out for dinner but cooked simple breakfasts and lunches in the house. The kitchen had everything we needed. They also had some beach chairs (4) that were very handy along with some sand toys.

Super location

Very comfortable for the 4 of us, clean and great ocean view. Kids liked the cupboard full of games. We loved being so close to town. The beds were also restful. Very nice place, indeed!
