IAt 2 steps of the port, apartment of 68 m ² entirely air-conditioned with the decoration neat and sought, located on the 1st floor with ascenceur of a residence of standing. Large living / dining room with semi open kitchen fully equipped (LL, LV, MO). 1 bedroom with 1 bed / 2 pers. 1 room with 2 beds / 1 pers (90x200). Bathroom. Separate WC. Terrace of 17 m² with garden furniture overlooking the gardens (350 m²) of the residence. Linen provided and included in the price, except end of stay cleaning (70 €). Wi-Fi Internet access. Closed garage in the basement. Close to all amenities. In its bay, La Ciotat houses a regional marine park, a protected and regulated area, a real reserve that preserves the species and riches of the Gulf of Love. The Blue Workshop of Cap d'Aigle allows, thanks to guided tours and projections, to learn the beauties of the coast. The bay of La Ciotat extends from the Pointe de l'Aigle (the rocky peak overlooking the sea) to Saint Cyr sur Mer. This bay includes the green island off La Ciotat and many sandy beaches or rocks. The best thing about this apartment is the location, It is, quite literally, less than 3 minutes gentle stroll to the harbour with all the bars and restaurants you could want. The apartment itself is spacious and modern with a large balcony overlooking a very pleasantly planted area. Also, importantly, the parking is secure. It is in an underground lockable unit accessible by lift from the apartment. We found La Ciotat to be charming and interesting with many opportunities for a pleasant stroll around the streets behind the seafront. The town's maritime history is also apparent whilst walking around which gives added interest. There are also many beautiful walks to be had both to the two nearby calanques and also in the hills above the town. Mathilde and Arnoud were very welcoming and gave us a wealth of useful information to enhance our holiday and, all in all, we had a lovely stay in La Ciotat.

Appartement très fonctionnel et bien situé

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement. Fonctionnel, confortable et calme, il est idéalement placé, proche du port, des commerces, des plages, tout peut se faire à pieds. Et le garage est un plus indéniable. Le tout avec un accueil très sympathique des propriétaires qui connaissent bien la région et nous ont conseillé sur les balades et visites à faire. Appartement bien situé et très agréable à vivre au sein d'une résidence calme, permettant un séjour sans utiliser la voiture (garage inclus à la location). Recommandé pour un séjour zen avec des ados. Propriétaires (n'habitant pas sur place) sympathiques et de bons conseils.

Appartement très bien situé, direct face au port. Propre et bien équipé, la climatisation est très appréciable et les propriétaires arrangeants et sympathiques. Pas de nuisances sonores voisins agréables et grand balcon exploitable toute la journée ! Je recommande cette location si vous recherchez à la fois le calme en étant proche des animations et un certain confort.

"Sehr netter mehrsprachiger Empfang durch die Vermieter. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Fürs Auto gab es einen abgeschlossenen Tiefgaragenplatz. Tags und nachts ist es trotz der Nähe zum Hafen sehr ruhig. In fußläufiger Entfernung alle Geschäfte und die schönen Calanques de Mugel und Figuerolle mit einem ganz tollen botanischen Garten. Absolut zu empfehlen. Leider hat das Bad keine Fenster. "
