Casual, yet elegant living room seats 8 comfortably. Dining room seats 6, while breakfast nook seats 4 and kitchen counter seats two. Al fresco dining for 8 on the terraces. Fully equipped and ready for family gatherings and entertaining or just quiet relaxation. Modern granite kitchen with ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave and warming oven. Washer and dryer are conveniently located in kitchen. Central vacuum cleaning system. 2 car garage with electric door openers has direct access to living areas.
