Ideally located at the entrance of the old town, this charming studio is perfectly located with a balcony overlooking a pedestrian street and offering views over some beautiful public gardens and hills in the background. The studio is bright, wih air conditioning, very well equiped with double glazing to guarantee a good night sleep. The access by tramway is direct from/to the airport. The tramway is 100 meters down the street on the same line as the stop for the central railway station (Gare Thiers - only 1 km away). Nice harbour, the famous Promenade des Anglais and its beach are only a few minutes away through the old town and its picturesque flower market on Cours Saleya. You will be delighted with the situation of the studio and won't need a car as absolutely everything is accessible by foot or in the same street; shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, even the baker for fresh croissants and fresh bread is right next door to the entrance of the building. If you have a vehicule, a paying car park is nearby. The Côte d'Azur, it's Rendez-Vous with the sun and the beach but not only ... it has so much more to offer with its famous towns and villages; Monaco, Cannes, Antibes, St Paul de Vence, Vallauris, Villefranche-sur-Mer, ... we really look forward to welcoming you ! Studio fully renovated in July 2021.

Lovely studio in the Old Town

My husband and I had a great stay.This studio was a real gem with its balcony. Location is really good,in easy walking distance to the beach,main shopping areas, tram stop and bus stop to all places of interest. Everything was very clean and well equipped. The owner Noelle couldn't have been more helpful and friendly,and we had everything we needed. She is a perfect host.Any questions we had she was there to help out and that felt very reassuring. We would highly recommend this lovely studio. Thank you Noelle for a wonderful stay.

"As a regular user of holiday rentals, and as an owner of holiday apartments myself, this studio gets an A+ for value for money, comfort, location and cleanliness. It was a real pleasure to stay in accommodation where everything from the TV to the plumbing works and in an apartment that fits and looks exactly like the website description. The sofa bed was comfortable and the little balcony was the cherry on the cake! The owner, Noelle, was pleasant, efficient and flexible on check in and check out times. I would certainly recommend this accommodation and use it again myself."

Lovely cool apartment!

My husband and I stayed in Noelle’s apartment for 10 days. In the heat the air conditioner was indispensable to us, which made coming home to the apartment very reassuring. Noelle is a fantastic host - an excellent communicator she is very kind and helpful as well as being extremely knowledgeable about Nice. She was brilliant in our last day especially when we needed her help. We found the apartment had all we needed including a decent shower and we really enjoyed our stay - I can thoroughly recommend it and the location is excellent too. A 7 minute walk to the beach and the tram virtually outside. The double glazing in the flat takes care of any outside noise and the balcony is wonderful for breakfast or an evening glass of wine. In all, we had such a lovely stay.

Outstanding

The apartment is newly renovated to a very high standard and has everything that you could possibly want. Noelle is extremely friendly and accommodating and genuinely wishes that her guests have a first class experience. I would recommend her apartment which is spotlessly clean, and spacious. The location is so central to everything Trams , buses the old town and supermarket. Thank you Noelle once again I will most certainly visit again.

Noelle, la proprietaria, è gentilissima e attenta ad ogni esigenza sia prima che dopo l'arrivo. L'appartamento è perfetto per due ragazze come noi. Non manca di niente(dal phon agli stendini e mollette), è in una posizione perfetta per raggiungere in pochi minuti sia la vecchia Nizza (con i suoi locali e ristoranti) sia il lungomare. L'unica osservazione è per il bagno, un po' piccolo, ma per quello che serve in vacanza ci si adatta. Bellissima vacanza,speriamo di tornare presto.

The studio was very cozy and well located right by the entrance to Old Nice and only a couple blocks away from the Palace of Garibaldi. Close to bus stops. The owner was very nice and helpful and speaks perfect English. Also very close to the beach. Overall, a very good choice if staying in Nice!

Idéal pour vivre le vieux Nice

Nous avons passé 3 jours très agréables chez Noelle, hôte très avenante. L'appartement est situé à l'entrée du vieux Nice, avec beaucoup de choses à découvrir à quelques pas (coulée verte, place Garibaldi, place Masséna...). Le boulanger au pied de l'immeuble simplifie énormément la corvée de pain :) Le petit balcon donne sur une rue piétonne, avec une bonne luminosité et sans trop d'ensoleillement : c'est idéal. La télé et le wifi sont appréciables, ainsi que le ventilateur. Le coin cuisine est très fonctionnel, la salle de bain un peu étriquée (notamment les toilettes) et l'ensemble se révèle parfait pour ceux qui souhaitent profiter du centre de Nice à pied, avec un confort appréciable pour une location abordable. Si on le peut, on reviendra ! Bonne continuation

Het appartement is bijzon...

Het appartement is bijzonder goed gelegen in Nice. Zodra je de deur uitgaat, bevind je je in de mooie, gezellige straatjes van het oude Nice. De zee is ook vlakbij dus ook voor het strand is dit appartement een uitstekende uitvalsbasis. In het appartement is alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt (keukentje, douche, toilet, tv, balkon), maar de badkamer is een beetje krap. Het appartement is niet heel luxueus, maar voor deze prijs valt er niets te klagen!

"Die Wohnung ist optimal gelegen: gute Anbindung an die Tram und Buslinie zum Flughafen; Bäckereien, Supermarkt und die Altstadt direkt vor der Haustür, 10 Minuten zu Fuß ans Meer und zum Markt am Cours Saleya. Eine sehr schöne und saubere Wohnung - wir haben vor allem die Mahlzeiten auf dem Balkon sehr genossen. Noelle war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, hat und liebenswürdig empfangen und viele Tipps für Ausflüge und die Umgebung gegeben. Wir können die Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen! __________ This is a very nice and cosy flat, perfectly located in the old town of Nice with supermarkets, tram, bus to the airport, beach, the market in Cours Saleya,... all within 10 minutes walking distance. The flat was very clean and well-equipped. Noelle warmly welcomed us and gave us great advices for Nice and surrounding. We can strongly recommend this flat and would always stay there again ;)"

Seul bémol : la salle de bains exigüe, surtout au niveau des toilettes, mais acceptable compte tenu du prix intéressant du studio. "It's a very nice, cozy studio with a fantastic location. There is a market and a supermarket nearby, it really takes just a few minutes to get to the beach - through the old city; a coach station is also within a walking distance. The studio is rather small but clean and nice, with all the necessary stuff there. If windows open, noise from the street can be quite severe. The host speaks excellent English and she was always very nice indeed."

"Perfect small studio for a couple who are looking for inexpensive accomodation in Nice. The studio is very well situated: 5 min to bus station(to Cannnes,Grasse,Monaco,Airport), 3 min to old town, 10 min to promenade. It is also very comfortable, cozy and clean. It is a little bit noisy with open windows. Overall it is worth its price and we would definitely make the same choice again."

"Very comfortable studio. You can find all u may need. From corkscrew to ironing board. Near is supermarket Monoprix, the butcher's shop and wine shop. On the opposit side - Bus station from where u can travel around Europe or go to Monaco|Nice (wherever u want). From the balcon we caught free wi-fi from McDonalds. Прекрасно оборудованная студия за совсем небольшие деньги. Находится на одной из главных улиц, в 10 минутах спокойной ходьбы от моря. Супермаркет на углу, помимо мясной лавки за углом, есть еще и стойки со свежей рыбой по утрам. Обязательно буду советовать своим друзьям там остановиться."

"L''appartement correspond parfaitement à ce que nous attendions : trés propre, calme, bien équipé et accesible trés facilement (gare routière, tram ou bus). Prés du Vieux-Nice, nous avons pu profiter à la fois de la mer et de l''authenticité de la ville. Pour un séjour entre amis ou famille ou une pouvait espérer mieux. Si nous repassons à Nice, nous le louerons de nouveau sans hésiter. Si vous chercher un studio à Nice ou passer d''agréable vacance, je vous recommande vivement ce studio ;) En plus, la propriétaire est trés sympathique :)"
