Rose granit house with modern extension on the southern island. 160m2 with a view of the sea, very comfortable for 8-10 people including a baby (Anse de la Corderie, Heaux lighthouse, Beniguet island)with a 3000m2 garden.
Beautiful sunsets can be seen from the house, a pebble beach is within 5 minutes walking distance and the house's location makes different walks in both the southern and northern island very easy.
An electric piano is available for musicians as well as a caddy and cart for grocery shopping.
