Very nice enjoyable few days. Everything seemed clean and ready for us. Nice grass area if you need to take dogs out early in the morning or late at night. Very convenient if you plan to drive out on the beach. We plan to come back.

Amazing beach house for a family of 4!

The house was really clean and dog friendly. It had everything we needed and more. The kitchen was fully stocked and the bathrooms. We didn’t need to worry about a thing. We spent 5 nights and loved our time spent in Carolina Beach. The host were very accommodating and responded very quickly. Great views, great house and convenient to everything. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful beach house on Carolina Beach! The house is situated perfectly with stunning views of the marsh, offering a peaceful and serene atmosphere. It’s only a five-minute walk to the beach, which made it convenient for us to enjoy the sand and surf every day. The house itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Carolina beach week 2022

Everything you expect and more is what you have when you choose this house. The owners are extremely accommodating, easy to reach and quick to respond. The house is exactly what you see online: beautiful views, comfortable and extremely clean, plus the surrounding neighborhood and location is perfect. The extras that come with this house—bikes, beach accessories and linens make this house a slam dunk. When you have a long haul and a regular size car, not having to pack those items is a huge bonus. If you’re looking for a worry-free rental with all the extras, great owners and a very short walk to the beach—this is the house for you. We found our location for future vacations at Carolina Beach. Thank you!

Disappointing to say the least!

The home itself was not thoroughly cleaned. There were sticky surfaces and sandy floors. As a result, we were forced to purchase additional cleaning supplies. The owner informed us that the prior renters “trashed the house.” Although we can empathize with this unfortunate circumstance, much of the issues we encountered seemed to be a general lack of attention to detail, regardless of the prior inhabitants. There were dirty vents, dust stains on the walls; dirty fan in the kitchen; furniture fabric with stains, rips & pet hair The kitchen freezer had a lot of rust, dirt & hair in the base tray. Outdoor gas grill appeared as if it hadn’t been cleaned in years. The bathrooms had visible rings in the toilet. The master bathroom, hair inside drawers, dust & debris inside shower. Broken items throughout rental: Second floor bathroom middle drawer; kitchen cabinet door hinge was broken. Kitchen cabinet laminate was removed/loose in some areas. The dishwasher rack wheels consistently fell off. The kitchen water filter was non-functional/required replacement. The main floor electric blinds were non-functional.The deck doors did not close properly & required great force to lock. The main level thermostat did not properly function (Set to 72 Degrees the room was 64 Degrees).General Concerns: Second floor smoke detector did not have a battery installed. Provided outdoor amenities were either broken or severely worn including rusted bicycles, broken boogie boards, broken surfboards.

Just what we wanted

The house was located conveniently in every way. The house was clean at check in. Even stocked with quality paper products, not the usual motel grade we’ve had everywhere else. The beach was great, and not the least bit crowded. All in all, our most relaxing beach trip yet.

We booked this home to get away for Christmas. The decor was as pictured and stocked with throw blankets (which in my experience is always lacking in rental houses). That made curling up on the chilly days so nice. The kitchen and pantry had everything we needed to create delicious holiday meals and treats - we were delighted to have a KitchenAid mixer! The only negative note I could possibly share is that there are a handful of small repairs the house could use that a handy man could fix in a jiffy- like some small holes where something had been moved on a wall. Overall, loved our stay and would come back!

Beautiful Marsh View

We had a very nice stay at Alison’s house in Carolina Beach. The house has gorgeous marsh and sunset views! Owner was very responsive and accommodating. The house is very well appointed- lovely furnished, kitchen well stocked. The only negative was beach supplies- there’s various paddle and surf boards but no way to transport to beach or other water so couldn’t use them and chairs and beach cart are old and rusty- we had to buy and rent chairs, but I believe the owner promptly replaced them after we left when I notified her of their condition. Overall very nice house!
