DOS CASITAS. Two one-bdrm casitas just steps from each other enjoy total privacy in the intimate garden setting. Living is easy, casual, and begs alfresco dining. Enjoy being a local in this historic neighborhood where shopping, world-class galleries and exceptional restaurants of all types are just a few blocks walk away. *WIFI, Premium beds, Freshly pressed PRATESI Linens, Towels & Robes, ETRO Toiletries, sleeps 6 with sofa bed, surrounded by favorite restaurants, perfect privacy for traveling couples and families. Inquire about our pet policy.
*All pets are considered. Please submit a photo for review before making reservation.
*Weekly and monthly discounted rates upon request.
HOTEL-LIKE in its own way, this casita is favored with freshly pressed custom PRATESI linens made from the thread of “Angel Skin” the highest quality cotton, fine amenities, a gracious and discreet service, and professional housekeeping. For your comfort, all homeowner's personal belongings are tucked away and out of sight.
FLOOR PLAN. Enter through the back garden to the kitchen because it is easiest. It is light and bright with lots of windows and the kitchen is open to the living room with a wood-burning fireplace. From this point back and more secluded is the bedroom, bath and large closet. The main house and studio do not look into each other but rather face the common garden and there is dining for six on the patio. The studio is delightful. Throw open all the doors facing the garden and you just doubled your living space. The armoire hides the TV, a small fridge and some closet space. The new bath is right there and an extra Keurig is ready for coffee in the morning before you greet the world.
LOCATION. Live in style at the newest and coolest location in town, The Railyard District. Some of the most favored galleries have moved to The Railyard from downtown with their incredible contemporary artists. The restaurants are fantastic and always Santa Fe casual, there is dancing and music, the Farmers’ Market is full of great buys and you can ride the train up from Albuquerque and get off 1 country block from DOS CASITAS. Live in the heart of The Railyard District and still be only four country blocks from the Plaza. Don't worry, it is really very quiet! A perfect location is your greatest asset in this Santa Fe Vacation Rental home.
ENJOY THE FINER THINGS IN LIFE. Savor the luxury of soothing freshly pressed custom PRATESI linens, cozy robes, lofty down duvets, soft ECO spa towels, and designer toiletries to awaken the senses.
WHY IS DOS CASITAS YOUR FIRST CHOICE? This is a fun place to stay with every part of town within a short walk……and after all, Santa Fe is very much a walking town. You have the best of the Railyard in restaurants, galleries, a brewpub, two movie theaters, and the plaza is 4ish blocks away.
TRUTH BE TOLD. "My husband and I visited Santa Fe along with another couple for 4 nights in July 2015. We stayed at Dos Casitas, which was just perfect for two couples. It is exactly as portrayed on the website. One couple stayed in the main house and the other couple stayed in the casita......this is perfect for 2 couples traveling together. The location is very quiet and convenient to everything. The main house is decorated in a more contemporary southwest style. It is perfect for a couple....lovely bedroom area, living room area and a small kitchen with everything you need. There is a courtyard area shared by the house and the casita....perfect for morning coffee and afternoon "happy hour". The beds in both the main house and the casita are extremely comfy with very nice linens along with a down comforter. The feel is very similar to staying at a nice hotel. Nice linens, towels, robes, etc. They have thought of everything...even an extra starched and ironed sheet in case the comforter is too heavy for your liking. The house manager, Caroline, was there to meet us on arrival and was extremely pleasant to work with. I will mention that the two husbands went fly fishing. They have fished quite a bit in Colorado, Wyoming and Montana. This was their best fly fishing trip in terms of the amount actually caught. They used "High Desert Anglers" and were very pleased. I would definitely stay at Dos Casitas on another visit to Santa Fe" M.& J., Longview, TX

Why they chose this property
The Railyard District is totally unique and it is a treat to be able to share this location and Dos Casitas with all of you. It is an old part of town that shares such flavor...and of course wonderful restaurants.
What makes this property unique
The best part is: Joseph's Table and Bouche Bistro are so close, the Railyard District is so alive with the bowling alley and Violet Cinema to be completed by Spring 2015, Cocteau Cinema, the Farmers' Market, the finest contemporary art galleries, variety of restaurants, and...........It is the best!
