This Downtown Pismo Beach vacation rental is a spacious 2000+ sq. ft townhome. Beach, Pier Plaza and local attractions just two blocks away at the end of the street.

Living room is furnished with a fireplace, Smart TV for streaming, Wi-Fi. Kitchen is fully equipped including a dishwasher. Dining area seats eight along with a breakfast bar with three bar stools. Sleeps 8 people on a king, queen, and 2 twins in the 3 bedrooms, as well as a queen sofa-sleeper (linens and pillows provided) in living room. Ocean views from multiple decks, Gas BBQ, and outdoor dining perfect for entertaining family and friends. Washer and dryer.

One assigned carport and one assigned garage for a total of 2 parking spaces.

We were also fortunate to be the only guests in the unit for most of our stay, so it was especially quiet and peaceful.While there were a few things that needed attention when we first arrived, the management team went above and beyond to make things right. They were incredibly helpful, responsive, and addressed our concerns almost immediately, which made a big difference in our stay.The home was well-stocked with essentials like plenty of toilet paper and trash bags, which was very convenient. The kitchen also had all the supplies we needed, making it easy to prepare meals during our stay.For future guests, here are a few helpful tips:* The parking spaces are a bit tight, so if you have a larger vehicle, it may take some extra maneuvering to get in and out.* There’s a convenient outdoor closet available for storing beach gear like wagons, chairs, and toys—but keep in mind these items are not provided, so plan to bring your own.* To access Units B and C, you’ll need to go through the foyer. Be aware that the door has a very loud alarm when opened—it can be a bit startling at first if you’re not expecting it!Overall, despite a few minor hiccups, the excellent service from the management team really stood out and made our stay enjoyable.

Very nice condo for a Pismo Beach getaway!

The condo is as described, and the airy feeling given by the high ceilings was a nice surprise. The furniture was very comfortable including the popular recliner. The decor was peaceful. Spacious kitchen and bathrooms. All wonderful. Just two blocks from the beach, Pismo Beach's plaza, and shopping, it was the perfect location for our grandkids...and us grownups, too.I had a couple of questions for the management company, and they were answered promptly. We'd stay there again.

Short stay with family

Location was central to beach, downtown and all the great hole in walls. Loved the Surfside Donuts and coffee shape less than 3 minutes walking. It was nice BBQ on patio and enjoying evenings in. We will definitely be back again.

Nice location - perfect for family

The only negative about this property is the parking spaces - don’t try to drive your full size pickup and expect to be able to park - it’s really tight - we were fortunate that there was no other vehicle parked next to us or we wouldn’t have been able to park on the property.

Family getaway

I would definitely rent this property again. We recently traveled to Pismo with another couple and their family. The condo was surprisingly spacious and cozy. We loved that it was walking distance to everything. If there's one thing I can suggest, it's just to have a broom and dust pan available for cleaning up.

Great Views

Views from the master bedroom balconies (yes, 2 small balconies) were both spectacular. The layout is great, very spacious and room for us to have another family over for dinner. There are a lot of stairs and a shared balcony with the other unit off the kitchen level, but the neighbors were great that we had. So, overall rating is excellent.

Great Christmas week stay!

We had an incredible stay during the week of Christmas at this beautiful townhouse! The home was clean, spacious, and perfect for our group, and the large table in the kitchen which was perfect for seating all 8 of us comfortably. The location was unbeatable—just a short walk to the beach and multiple coffee shops/restaurants, with stunning ocean and sunset views, especially from the second floor. Kitchen could have been a bit more stocked, as there was only salt and pepper for spices, but overall, we made it work and were able to use the available cooking supplies for our Christmas meals. PS there was a crack in the kitchen window that was present before we arrived, but the rental company is already aware of this.

Amazing location and updated

This property is beautiful! The location is great, my son is only 2 and my daughter 6 and the property felt safe for them. It is close to downtown Pismo and made getting to the beach and restaurants easy. My only complaint is the cleanliness. When we arrived and took off our shoes to walk in, you could feel the sand on the floor. Then, that night, when we went to lay in bed, the sheets were gritty and felt dirty. I did let CVR know right away, but just vacuumed the floors and washed the sheets myself. I am thinking that it didn't get cleaned thoroughly because I showed up at 3:30pm and check in isn't till 4pm, so maybe they felt rushed while cleaning. We will be back next year to this property!

It could have been cleaner as the floors are always sandy. It seems poorly stocked for family vacation needs too. It was better stocked a few years ago, with pots, pans, serving items, etc. A few things needed to be repaired!
