Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Royan. La maison est bien située avec acces a la plage a 2min et le réseau de bus a 4min, spacieuse et conforme aux photos, ce qui a rendu notre séjour agréable. Quelques équipements sont un peu anciens et il n’y a pas de Wi-Fi, mais cela ne nous a pas empêchés de profiter pleinement du lieu et de faire de belles découvertes dans la région.Petit point à améliorer : il n’est pas précisé dans l’annonce qu’il faut apporter ses propres draps et serviettes, ce qui serait utile à mentionner pour mieux préparer le séjour.Dans l’ensemble, une belle expérience et un séjour que nous avons beaucoup apprécié.

Séjour très agréable proche des plages

L’appartement est bien équipé et spacieux pour un séjour en famille. Notre petit garçon a bien profité des plages à proximité à pied. Les commerces et restaurants sont accessibles à quelques minutes en voiture ce qui est très pratique. Accueil très sympathique. On reviendra

Bien placé et agréable

L'appartement est situé dans un quartier que nous apprécions. Il est lumineux et traversant. Situé au 2ème étage (sans ascenseur), il permet d'apercevoir un peu l'océan. Très bon accueil et suivi du la part du responsable.

Bon séjour

Une propriété bien située ,il faudrait juste un peu de modernité, surtout la chambre des enfants . sinon un endroit calme ,à 2 minutes de la mer .

Emplacement au top

Un appart typiquement Royannais très fonctionnel et à la Déco originale et soignée ! On se sent en vacances tout de suite... Et que dire de l' emplacement .. Etre à 100 m de la plage du chay et à 10 min à pied du port de Royan.... Le top ! Nous reviendrons !

Très agréable, à 2 pas de la plage

Appartement très agréable et plein de charme , à la décoration années 70. Séjour très lumineux avec de grandes ouverture sur balcon. Le secteur est superbe . Nous avons passé un excellent séjour !

"Nous avons passe une bonne semaine dans ce grand appartement a deux pas de la plage. Le seul bémol, le matelas dans la chambre d''adulte est vraiment très mou. Appartement très bien équipe."
