Enjoy the beautiful panoramic views in this newly constructed home. Located in the heart of Crystal Beach. Relax and enjoy the spacious decks and upper balcony. The front deck faces the Gulf for watching scenic sunrises and breath-taking moon rises. The side deck has beautiful sunset views with wrap around deck. Direct satellite TV and High Speed Internet are also provided. DVD is provided for your movie watching pleasure. Granite and Tile throughout, carpet in the bedrooms. Kitchen is furnished with Stainless Steel Appliances and is fully stocked. Downstairs slab has a shaded sandbox, fish cleaning station, built in picnic tables and double showers. We are a FAMILY FRIENDLY HOME with locking gates on all deck stairways so the kids are safe.

Location is amazing, house layout and size was absolutely wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked with tools which was important to us. However, there were a few really disappointing things. One was that is it a very dog friendly house. One of the first things we saw upon walking in was a huge dog bed in the living room with lots of hair on it. There was dog hair behind a side table, and distinct dog smell throughout the house. We had no idea the home was so pet friendly — we should have asked since we have a dog allergy in our family. Rookie mistake. In addition to dog hair, the part of the house that was carpeted had very soiled/stained looking carpet. A couple walls upstairs looked dirty and probably just needed a good scrub. It made us question whether the place was being professionally cleaned like the renter pays for. On top of that, there were a lot of cockroaches in the house. Not two or three that wandered in, but dozens, in various sizes, and they would scatter when we opened a cabinet door at night. So we washed everything before use. Lastly, the booking process was weird. This home is managed by a property company, and in spite of all the warnings to do all communication through VRBO, I was emailed a separate rental contract after booking that I had a few days to fill out and return to them to avoid a cancelled reservation. There you agreed to a large additional security deposit. Overall we had a great time, but we would choose a different house in the future.

Great house and location. One good mattress.

Great house and setup for sure. The only things I would do is drive in the MANY deck nails that are sticking out and hurt very much, supply a trash can that isn't the size you'd put beside a toilet, and replace the trash mattresses that cover all the beds except for the King. The two queen mattresses are by far the worst I've ever dealt with. Took a week back home to finally stand up straight again. Great Grandma called and wants her 1964 spare bedroom mattresses back please. We'd love to stay here again IF they corrected the mattress issues, people spending that much money deserve a decent bed.

Our cabin was very clean and a great floor plan. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes,glasses and pots and pans. The master bed room and bath excellent for private and comfort. The other side had 2 bedrooms and 1 bath in the middle. The living area was very spacious. Our family enjoyed the beach and the BBQ area under the deck. Please inform the owners that we left a folding chair . Other than a rain storm or two the experience was great.
