With its shaded lot, old-school character, and spacious layout, this five-bedroom home is ideal for retreats, conferences, or mountain getaways with friends and family.

Important to Note: Fernledge does not have air conditioning, but there are ceiling fans in each room and a whole-house fan. Sheets and towels are not provided, but can be rented from Greybeard Rentals if added to the reservation no later than 1 week before arrival. This house is dog-friendly, with a $100.00 non-refundable fee per dog (maximum of two). Sorry, this home is not cat-friendly due to common allergies.

During the summer, Montreat Conference Season - typically June through August - the home rents weekly. Mid-August through May, the home has a minimum 3-night stay, and there is a 4-night minimum for holidays.
