Lovely apartment

I really liked the apartment and enjoyed my stay. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and the apartment itself has everything you need. Fully equipped kitchen, nice couch, large rooms, lovely furniture. The contact with the landlord was also very friendly. I can fully recommend this apartment.

Great apartment

A well located apartment which is spacious and has great views from the large balcony and is as pictured. 15 min walk to lake and centre of the village with good choice of restaurants and cafes, we would recommend Auguste. Communication clear and prompt with secure parking in gated apartment block which is also very quiet. Would recommend.

Stylish and comfortable apartment

This lovely apartment is well placed, within walking distance of the beautiful lake shore and the town centre, with a good choice of restaurants in both locations. There are also a number of walks up in the spectacular mountains overlooking the town. It's an easy drive to Chambery and Annecy, both are well worth a visit, as is the Gorge de Fier. The apartment feels airy and spacious and is very comfortable, within a quiet block with surrounding gardens and we loved the private, spacious balcony with wonderful views of the surrounding peaks. Thank you - we had a lovely holiday

Emplacement calme et verdoyant

Petit immeuble avec place de parking privative, avec un accès sécurisé à la résidence. Terrasse agréable avec vue sur le Revard, beaucoup de verdure autour. Appartement propre et facile d'accès. Très bon contact d'arrivée.

L ' immeuble se situe dans un beau parc verdoyant . L' appartement est très propre , vaste et très bien équipé . De plus , la terrasse sur laquelle nous pouvons nous restaurer est très confortable , face au jardin et à la montagne . Très belle location idéalement située à mi distance du lac du Bourget et du centre d 'Aix le Bains . Fatima ( conciergerie ) nous a très bien accueillis et est très disponible . Nous recommandons fortement .

Appartement impeccable, bien conçu, Fatima qui nous a montré l'appartement est au top. Comme l'immeuble se trouve dans un immense parc, pas de bruit venant de la rue principale. Le lac du Bourget est superbe, mais nous avons moins aimé la ville. Par contre la population est agréable
