This beautiful 3 bedroom villa with private pool is situated in the residential area of Cerro Grande.
It has been furnished to a high standard and comprises of large open plan living/dining room with large patio doors leading to shady terrace with table and chairs overlooking the pool which is perfect for dining al-fresco.

On the lower level is a large kitchen and the dining and living areas.
The upstairs comprises of 2 double bedrooms, 1 with an en-suite shower room and 1 twin bedroom. Also a spacious separate bathroom. There is also access to a large roof terrace, giving fantastic views sea views.

Some steps lead down from the terrace to the swimming pool and beautiful gardens.
Pool Size 5.3m x 8m. Depth - shallow 0.90 deep 2.10m.

Absolutely no negatives!

Beautiful, spacious villa in a fantastic location for families. Quiet at night and only a few minutes walk to restaurants, beach, bars. We're hoping for a second visit!

The villa is extremely spacious and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We all (3 generations) appreciated the comfortable bedrooms and the 3 bathrooms. The swimming pool was perfect for swimmers. The only issue for small children/nonswimmers might be the sudden change of depth after a short shallower end. We used the shaded outdoor dining table for every meal, enjoying the fabulous views out to sea and over the marina. Location was excellent, 2 minutes from a well stocked supermarket and a 10 minute walk (at small child pace) from the main beach and Old Town. The only downside was that there is no AC and the fans provided were very weak.

Beautiful well-equipped property

Lovely, clean, well-equipped and spacious property. Pool was fantastic and house is well-situated for visiting both the town centre and the marina. Supermarket nearby for essentials.

What an amazing Villa! So well equipped and in a perfect location for exploring the old town and the Marina. The photos on the listing don’t do it justice. It’s huge, with a wonderful pool and outdoor eating area. Although hot at night the fans provided allowed us to sleep well and we cooked some lovely meals, making use of the Intermarche that’s 5 mins walk away.Would highly recommend, and will definitely be back!
