Our apartment is located in La Baie de la Méditerranée, a beautiful and quiet resort made of holiday apartments that share a swimming pool and a lovely garden overlooking the Figueirette Bay, in the heart of the Esterel Natural Park. The location is very convenient: walking distance to a variety of beautiful beaches and the La Figueirette tourist harbour; 20 minutes drive from Cannes and less than one hour drive from the tourist attractions of the Cote d'Azur such as Antibes, St Paul de Vence and Grasse, among others.
Guests are advised that in the event of a Lockdown due to COVID 19 during the booking period, a 100% refund will be provided.

We loved staying in Cristina’s apt

We’re a family with 2 kids (6 and 9) and we spent a beautiful week July here. The location is great; two minutes to the beach with several beach clubs and two nice restaurants for and ten minutes to Theoule (free shuttle). There is a bread bus in the harbour where you can buy your morning croisettes and a small supermarket is 12 min away by foot. The pool was quite busy, but it was fantastic to go for a swim once we came home from the beach. The terrass is amazing, the view is even more breathtaking than then pictures show. We went snorkling several days in the calaques and had a fantastic lunch at La cabane only 6 min away by car. The garage is small so don’t rent a big car. The apt was clean and the standard older, but quite normal for France. Bring your own sheets and towels,. Cristina was very helpful to answer questions as well as Malika who works at the immobilier just next door. I would definately recommend this place and the whole family would love to come back.

Zur Wohnung: Im Großen und Ganzen ist das Appartement okay, mehr aber auch nicht. Es hätte sauberer sein können. Die Küche ist sehr kompakt, zusammen kochen funktioniert platztechnisch nicht. Ausgestattet ist sie ganz gut, der Backofen und der Herd sind sehr gut und die Menge des Geschirrs und Bestecks ist großzügig. Eine Kaffeemaschine mit Pads, Kapseln oder auch nur Filter fehlt. Ein Espresso Kocher ist vorhanden. Leider ist fast alles in der Wohnung sehr abgewohnt und bedarf einer Renovierung. Die vielen Verlängerungskabel sind, gerade wenn jemand mit kleinen Kindern dort seinen Urlaub verbringt, wirklich nicht ungefährlich. Im Bad wären Steckdosen toll gewesen. Das es zwei Duschen gibt ist super, allerdings sind diese auch sehr kompakt.Bettwäsche und Handtücher müssen selbst mitgebracht werden oder extra bezahlt werden.Die Garage ist sehr, sehr eng, Millimeterarbeit ist dort angesagt. Zur Lage: Die Lage der Wohnung ist extrem ruhig, für mich zu ruhig. Im Strandladen "Le Matlau" kann man Baguettes, Croissants und Schokocroissants zum Frühstück kaufen, mehr Auswahl an Brot gibt es leider nicht. Die Strände und die Natur in der Nähe sind schön.

le logement est bien situé, la piscine est juste en bas et le port de Figueirette est très proche à 2 mn à pied avec ses 2 plages agréables. A noter que Théoule est à environ 10 mn en voiture par la corniche si vous voulez avoir accès aux commerces de proximité (boulangerie, supérette, presse). Il n'y a qu'un mini market de dépannage à côté. Il y a un parking ce qui est très pratique, mais il ne faut pas que la voiture soit trop large (ni son conducteur s'il veut sortir de la voiture une fois garé :) L'appartement est un duplex dans un complexe calme. Le coin cuisine est très étroit, tout comme les 2 cabines de douches (et pourtant nous ne sommes pas des gros gabarits). Les équipements sont satisfaisants mais pourraient être un peu plus récents et qualitatifs (vaissselle, oreillers).

Appartement très bien équipé avec vue sur la piscine et sur la mer depuis la sympathique terrasse. Situé juste en face du port de la figueirette et donc proche de la plage. Effectivement le boxe est étroit mais notre voiture y est rentrée. Merci a Cristina pour ça réactivité, Nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Résidence confortable et calme, appartement avec vue magnifique ( mer, piscine et colline) ... toutes les photos sont réelles. Proximité de la plage 150m des restaurants 50 m et supérette à 500m ... confort super de l’appartement avec cerise sur le gâteau 2 salles de douche... grande terrasse bien agencée... seul bémol car la perfection n’existe pas 😉 l’étroitesse du garage qui ne correspond plus avec les standards des berlines actuelles. Cristina la propriétaire est aussi très sympa et s’intéresse à votre confort. Bref, pour de prochaines vacances sur la Côte d’Azur je sais déjà où je vais loger ..

nette Unterkunft mit sehr schönen Ausblick

Schöne kleinere Wohnung im zweiten Stock mit Terrasse und super Ausblick. Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht und ist gut ausgestattet, von der Spülmaschine bis zur Mircowelle ist alles vorhanden. Der Pool liegt direkt davor und ist in 20sec zu erreichen. Die Anlage in der die Wohnung liegt und die Wohnung selber sind etwas älter, jedoch gut gepflegt. Zum Strand sind es ca. 100 Luftlinie und ca. 300m zum Laufen. Einziges Manko für uns war die Garage, die nur den Massen kleinerer Autos genügt und wir sie so nicht nutzen konnten. Jedoch hat man für uns unbürokratisch einen Parkplatz an anderer Stelle organisiert, da im Ort sehr wenig Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden sind.

Très belle location, bien entretenue, dans une copropriété calme. Vue magnifique et piscine très appréciée des enfants ! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour et la propriétaire est très agréable. Pour les futurs locataires, j'indiquerais dans le descriptif que le box pour garer la voiture est assez étroit et ne peut pas convenir à une trop grande voiture. Notre citroen Berlingo entrait juste.

Très jolie location, bel espace à vivre très bien équipé de plus la résidence est très bien entretenue. La plage du port est très agréable avec des fonds riches en espèces de poissons pour les amateurs de plongée.
