We spend our vacation in this house every summer. It is perfectly situated in the heart of Playa Cristal with a range of restaurants just around the corner. The house is well equipped with everything necessary to make your stay comfortable. Very welcoming and helpful host, perfect communication. Glad to come here again and again!

Great lokation

Such a nice house, garden, pool, beach and of course Rosa, best lokal house agent ever. We had the best stay. The best beach and reataurants just outsider the door. Walking distance to supermarked. We will be back

Definitely recommended

We have stayed in this house three summers in a row. Definitely recommend it both for families with children (garden swimming-pool, perfect location - the beach is right behind your garden), or child-free groups (many places for food and drinks around). The house is well-equipped (washing and drying machine, dishwasher, grill, fridge, hairdryer). Beach equipment and toys for kids as a compliment :-) Will be glad to come back again!

10 days away with husband and mum.

Fabulous location, strolling distance to the sea and amenities. Great terraces to watch the world go by. Showers were great, tonnes of equipment to make our stay more comfortable. If I could change one thing it would be the bed covers. Much prefer 100% cotton, especially in the heat. Communication with the owner was efficient. I hadn't realised there would be an extra charge for end of rental clean and electricity. This could have been made clearer upon booking. A great location from which to explore the area. Would recommend.

Wir waren das dritte mal in diesem Haus. Die Lage direkt am Meer ist einfach unbezahlbar. Perfekter Urlaub, um sich zu erholen und nur zwischen Pool und Meer zu wechseln.

Beste Wohnung/Lage bisher

Hatten und die Wohnung letztes Jahr im Oktober während eines Aufenthalts in den Ort angesehen und haben uns ab da auf den April Urlaub gefreut. Wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Alles super, Mega flexibler Check-in dank Rosa!!! Sauberkeit nicht zu übertreffen und die Lage einfach ein Traum.Wir kommen gerne wieder wenn man einen freien und passenden Zeitraum findet ;-)

Der beste Ort, um das Meer und den Strand zu genießen. Strand ist nicht überlaufen. Tolle Restaurants um die Ecke. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Einfach ein ganz tolles Haus in aller bester Lage

Das Haus: Sehr sauber und prima ausgestattet. Komplett ausgestattete Küche mit guter Kaffeemaschine etc. Alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Auch die Betten sind sehr gut! Die Lage: Besser geht es nicht, direkt am Strand und dennoch relativ ruhig, was will man mehr? Service: Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war immer problemlos und sehr schnell. Der Service vor Ort mit Schlüsselübergabe war genauso problemlos und Rosa kümmert sich liebevoll um das Haus und die Gäste. Wir kommen sehr sehr gerne wieder ;-) Alex und Bernd

Herrlich !!

Direkt am Strand, fussläufig Restaurants und Ort. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Ich war jetzt 2x ausserhalb der Saison da und kann es nur empfehlen. Durch den Wintergarten kann man immer mit Meerblick geschützt und warm sitzen. Auch auf dem Balkon kann man sich wunderbar aufhalten .

Spaniens Goldküste ist goldschön

Schöne Unterkunft für 4 Personen, alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Lage ist sensationell gut! Wir haben noch nirgends so nah am Meer gewohnt. Die umliegenden Lokale haben viel Charme, der Wein aus dem Priorat hat die höchste Qualität. So sollte ein Urlaub sein.

Es war wieder toll

Wir sind in diesem Jahr zum zweiten Mal dort gewesen und wir werden auch im nächsten Jahr sehr gern wiederkommen. Es ist einfach nur schön dort und man kann einen wunderbaren Urlaub verleben. Eine tolle Unterkunft mit einem perfekten Service vor Ort. Wir freuen uns schon auf unseren Aufenthalt.

Casa Jordi Mar in Miami Platja

Wir verbrachten zwei Wochen Sept./Okt.2023 in der Villa direkt am Strand. Wir wurden von Rosa sehr gut betreut. Es war alles sehr sauber und es fehlte an nichts.Auch die Nachbarn waren sehr nett. Wir kommen gerne ein anderes Jahr wieder. Unser Lieblingsplatz war auf dem oberen Balkon, wo man den Strand, das Meer und die Menschen gut beobachten konnte. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt. Excellent

Nous avons déjà louer la petite maison de monsieur Muller. Tout y est parfait pour nous, et nous apprécions particulièrement les petites améliorations ( electromenager, la wifi…..). Un peu plus de monde cette année dans la résidence, bcp d’enfants en bas âge mais cela n’a pas contrarié notre séjour. Excellent accueil de Rosa, le ménage est fait parfaitement. Nous reviendrons encore…..
