Well located and equipped

Fantastic location a short (although steep) walk to the beach and restaurants with fantastic views of the sea. The pool was perfectly sized and just a few steps from the accommodation.Comfortable and well equipped - only call out is that only two of the bedrooms are air conditioned, so in hot weather the rear bedrooms can become very warm.

Nice house in a good location

This a great house in a very nice location. The house is well equipped and on a small gated development. The pool is in the garden and easily visible from the house. The beach is just a few minutes walk down a footpath that my children reliably inform me has 78 steps. Shops and restaurants are nearby. All in all it was a very nice place for a holiday.

Sehr nette Wohnanlage mit Pool, alles vorhanden was man benötigt für einen entspannten Urlaub. Strand ist zu Fuß über Treppen erreichbar. Kontakt zur Besitzerin und Hausdame war tadellos.

Vielen Dank für einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Ferienhaus!Alles, war ordentlich und sauber, die Schlüsselübergabe mit Dina hat sehr gut geklappt.Ein schöner Strand ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, ein Supermarkt in Laufnähe.Der Tiefgaragenparkplatz ist sehr praktisch, auch wenn die Zufahrt sehr eng ist - aber es ist machbar.Vielen Dank für eine schöne Woche in diesem Ferienhaus!

Qualität einer Jugendherberge zum Preis eines 5-Sterne-Hotels. Absolut das Geld NICHT wert.Die Wände sind dünn wie Pappe - Man kann ALLES hören, was die Nachbarn machen und sagen; inklusive Nutzung der Toilette, der Dusche und der Betten.Ameisen in der Küche und im restlichen Erdgeschoss.Der Strom fällt immer wieder aus, wenn man mehrere Küchengeräte gleichzeitig benutzt. Vorallem wenn die Spülmaschine und Backofen gleichzeitig an waren, sprang die Sicherung rausSchimmel am und im Kühlschrank. Die Einlegeböden im Kühlschrank haben einen ekligen klebrigen Belag.Schmutz in den Ecken, Duschen, Steckdosen.Lockere Steckdosen, Handtuchhalter und Duschkopfhalter.Die Garageneinfahrt ist EXTREM eng! Kratzer am Auto sind fast vorprogrammiert.Die eine Dusche ist winzig und eng. Am Esstisch können niemals 8 Personen sitzen.Wir haben die Mängel an die Vermieter gemeldet und sie sind absolut uneinsichtig. 4500 für die Katz. Die Erholung fing erst an, als wir wieder zu Hause waren.

Ein schönes Haus in einer perfekten Lage alles super

Das Haus hat eine schöne Aufteilung - die Schlafzimmer befinden sich in den oberen Stockwerken und von der Terrasse hat mein einen herrlichen Blick auf das Meer! Man sitzt dort sehr gemütlich und erreicht den Strand ganz bequem über ein par Stufen direkt neben dem Haus. Es war ein toller Aufenthalt - vielen Dank.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub direkt am Meer ! Haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung. Sehr entspannt, dass man das Auto einfach stehen lassen kann und alles zur Fuß erreicht. Wir sind zum 4. Mal in Miami Playa gewesen, aber noch nie so nah am Strand. Großer Pluspunkt !!! Dazu noch sehr nette Vermieter, vorkommend und hilfsbereit.

Schönes Ferienhaus in klasse Lage

Das Ferienhaus ist angenehm mit einfacher und zweckmäßiger Ausstattung es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Kein Luxus aber völlig ausreichend. Es ist leider sehr hellhörig, wenn die Nachbarn duschen klingt es wie eine Turbine. Sauberkeit war Ok. Angenehmer Checkin und Checkout mit Dina. Parkplätze immer direkt vor der Unterkunft. Die beiden Klima Anlagen reichen aus, um das Haus angenehm herunter zu kühlen. Am schönsten ist die Lage, toller Meerblick, sehr nah an einem tollen Strand mit schöner Promenade, nah an Supermärkten und Restaurants. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Schöne Unterkunft

Wir waren mit unserer Familie dort und ich kann diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen! Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet und es wurde an alles gedacht. Es gibt dort einen Pool und einen direkten Strandzugang. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit und kommen gerne wieder.

Excellent séjour !

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Miami Platja dans cette résidence sécurisée. Belles prestations, maison propre et très bien équipée, idéale pour deux familles. La clim dans les chambres parentales permet de rafraîchir la maison. La piscine et la mer à proximité ont permis à nos ados d'être indépendants. Et enfin, nous avons tous été conquis par la vue sur la mer. Adresse à retenir sans hésitation.

Estancia muy agradable para 2 familias de 4 con niños pequeños. Una casa muy cómoda y agradable. Como recomendación sería interesante poner una pequeña cancela en la escalera de acceso al jardín.

Bon emplacement, à 3 minutes de la plage à pied. Appartement agreable pour 8. Commerces, marchés à proximité. La voiture peut rester dans le parking durant le séjour. A recommander.

Lovely house with a very good location

We stayed here for two weeks and everything was perfect. The house was big enough for two families with everything you need. The beach is just a few steps away with crystal clear water. Highly recommend.

Quel plaisir d'arriver dans un endroit calme et apaisant. La résidence donne accès à une vue magnifique à tous les moments de la journée : au levé, en mangeant, un régal. La piscine et la mer à proximité permettent en toute décontraction de se laisser bercer aux rythmes des vacances. Emplacement idéal pour tous les commerces. Nous étions 4 adultes et 4 enfants, le logement est spacieux et très lumineux, et dispose de toutes les commodités nécessaires pour des vacances idéales. A recommander, nous y retournerons !! KENAVO

vive miami de platja!!

petit 19°en France ... 28 ° á Miami des platja!! nous avons découvert cette magnifique résidence vue sur mer á 2 pas de la plage (aménagée pour les enfants..) piscine á température en bas de la maison grâce á un accès direct en rez de jardin. L'appartement/maison est bien agencée:moderne,lumineux sur 3 étages avec vues magnifiques á chaque étage... bref un lieu idéal pour réussir ces vacances!!!
