Great vacations in a lovely home

Thank you, Loredana, and your lovely parents for the beautifully arranged home and garden. We loved to stay here for three weeks as a family of four. The pool is great for the children. Great apartment in a quiet rural location

We had the pleasure of staying here for just four nights but wish we could have stayed longer. Loredana welcomed us at the entrance and provided a nice selection of food and drinks as a welcome gift. The property completely self contained and is all situated on one ground floor level, it is adjoined to Loredana’s home on the first floor. It has all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay and you have the comfort of knowing the owner is immediately contactable if there was an emergency. We had the benefit of three seating areas, all with shade from the afternoon sun, a great pool and terraced space. It is a very private, well maintained holiday home with all the comforts of a modern family home and is elegantly decorated throughout. it has three spacious bedrooms, two nice shower rooms/WCs and a very good kitchen. I would certainly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing place in the Italian countryside with easy access to Rome. I would recommend a car for accessing the local shops and restaurants which Loredana was happy for us to park on the private drive which was also gated. Very worthy of 5-stars, we hope to come back!

Ontzettend mooi verblijf inclusief vele extras

Erg mooi huisje, goed onderhouden en erg groot, gezellig ingericht met de vele huiselijke spulletjes, alle voorzieningen aanwezig, warme welkom door Loredana, ze zorgt ervoor dat we ons erg welkom voelen door de vele extras (wijn, snoepjes, koekjes, badhanddoeken, zonnemelk ...), prachtige tuin met verschillende gezellige hoekjes, ouders van Loredana wonen in het bovenste deel maar andere ingang en voldoende privacy, goeie uitvalsbasis voor bezoek aan Rome en andere bezienswaardigheden, absolute aanrader!

Dit is een heerlijk vakantiehuis met zwembad en een prachtige tuin met zitjes, zowel in de zon als in de schaduw. Het ligt in een mooie omgeving in de heuvels van Lazio en is een goede uitvalsbasis voor een bezoek aan Rome, Tivoli of het meer van Bracciano. Er zijn ook mooie wandelroutes in de omgeving. Kortom een perfecte plek voor een actieve en tevens relaxte vakantie.

Ein Urlaubsparadies

Loredana und ihre Eltern sind überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit-Dank an sie für den schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. Der Garten ist ein Traum mit seinen 3 Pavillons und dem großen Pool. Überall blühen Blumen. Die Autobahn ist schnell zu erreichen, sodass die Lage ebenfalls sehr gut ist. Wir kommen wieder!

Sehr schöne und saubere Unterkunft

Der Checkin war sehr flexibel und freundlich. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen schönen Garten mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten und einem Pool, der privat genutzt werden kann. Die Vermieter wohnen in der Wohnung oben drüber. In zwei Schlafzimmern gibt es eine Klimaanlage in den anderen Räumen nicht. In den Badezimmern gibt es zwar Fenster, aber man kann nicht gut lüften, da sich diese im hinteren Gebäudeteil befinden und es dort nur Kellerschächte gibt. Von der Unterkunft aus kann man sehr gut Tagesausflüge nach Rom machen. In der Nähe von Umgebung gibt, gibt es sehr viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft weiterempfehlen.

KEIN Ferienhaus!

Bei unserer Ankunft mussten wir leider feststellen, dass das vermietete Objekt kein Ferienhaus ( wie in der Beschreibung bei Fewo benannt ) sondern eine Ferienwohnung im Wohnhaus der Eigentümerin ist. Die Information an Fewo ist erfolgt, doch leider haben wir bis zum heutigen Zeitpunkt keinerlei Rückmeldung zu o.a. Sachverhalt. Die Wohnung war schön eingerichtet und ordentlich. Stuhlhussen und Gardinen bedürfen allerdings eine Wäsche. Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und unser Aufenthalt auf dem Grundstück sehr angenehm. In der Umgebung ist es leider unmöglich ordentliche Gastronomien zu finden, was das Essengehen enorm einschränkte.

Beautiful place / Sommerurlaub 2023

Wir fanden eine äußerst geschmackvoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit einer sehr umfangreichen Ausstattung vor! Dazu ein schöner Swimmingpool in einem wunderschönen angelegten Garten. Der Garten umfasst dazu drei verschiedene Sitzgelegenheiten zum Entspannen und Relaxen. Das Alles zur alleinigen Nutzung in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind in der Nähe gelegen. Loredana als Gastgeberin wohnt oberhalb und stand für Tipps und Fragen jederzeit zur Verfügung. Ausflüge in die nähere Umgebung und nach Rom sind von dieser Wohnung sehr gut machbar. Auch hier kann die Gastgeberin mit guten Empfehlungen weiterhelfen. Wir haben uns hier im August 2023 perfekt aufgehoben gefühlt. Einfach top und sehr empfehlenswert!

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit einem herrlichen mediterranen Garten

haben wir hier gefunden. Die Wohnung ist mit Hingabe und Stil-Geschmack eingerichtet. Alles, was man benötigt, ist vorhanden. Der Garten mit verschiedenen Sitzgelegenheiten und dem schönen Swimmingpool ist zum Relaxen hervorragend geeignet. Fantastisch vakantiehuis

Deze villa is zonder twijfel het fijnste verblijf dat wij hebben gehad. Het is een fantastisch huis en alles wat je nodig hebt is in zeer ruime mate aanwezig. De tuin met het zwembad en de overdekte zitjes is echt fijn. De ligging van het huis is gunstig. Het ligt in een rustige buurt. Het enige wat je soms hoort is het blaffen van honden in de buurt maar dit is niet storend. Binnen een uurtje sta je in het centrum van Rome en het meer van Bracciano en Tivoli zijn ook goed bereikbaar. De eigenaresse is een goede host. De communicatie verloopt zeer vlot. De eigenaresse en haar ouders wonen boven de vakantiewoning maar stellen zich zeer discreet op. Wij hebben dus zeer genoten van ons verblijf en vinden het zeker een aanrader.

schöne Wohnung mit wunderschönem Garten

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und super ausgestattet. Am meisten hat uns der Garten und Pool-Bereich begeistert. Wirklich wünderschön angelegt und sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Die Eigentümerin wohnt oberhalb und es war immer jemand bei Fragen für uns da. Wir sind mit dem Auto zum nächsten größeren Bahnhof gefahren. Von dort fährt alle 10 Minuten eine Bahn nach Rom . Für uns war es perfekt. Wir waren in 45 Minuten in Rom und wenn wir zurück kamen hatten wir ein tolles ruhigen Haus mit sehr schönem Garten und Pool. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

2 weeks in really vacations mood

We stay 2 weeks in this house and we was so happy, the pool is nice for all, especially for my teenagers , and all around with different externally areas, make us all really happy The house is with a good equipment, the double beds are very comfortable The two single beds are not for big people. We was with a 16 year old boy and a 14 year old daughter and all of us feel so comfortable there. You will find good restaurants , stores , supermarkets around (10 km) from the house and in 40 min you are in the center of Rome -really aceptable. Thanks Loredana for all

Excellent place for relaxing / Hyvä paikka rentoutumiseen

We were staying at Villa for one week and the house was very nice, clean, big enough for four person. Swimming pool was big enough to chili down during the hot days. Loredana arranged very nice birthday dinner for 8 person with wines and flowers. Everything worked well during the holiday week. I will recommend this place. Next time at Italy I will test Loredana’s other villas or apartments. Asunto oli erittäin siisti ja tarpeeksi iso neljälle ihmiselle. Uima-allas oli tarpeeksi iso helteisten päivien aikana. Loredana vuokraemäntä järjesti hienon syntymäpäivä illallisen alkupaloineen ja jälkiruokineen kahdekselle aikuiselle. Asunnossa olevassa kansiosta sai vinkkejä missä lähistölla olevissa pikku kaupungeissa kannattaa käydä sekä miten kannattaa mennä Rooman keskustaan (auto+paikallisjuna ). Suositteln paikkaa

Mooie woning en prima uitvalsbasis om Rome en omgeving te verkennen

De woning is heel mooi en ziet eruit als in de advertentie. Gezellige tuin en mooi zwembad. De kamers heel verzorgd, ruime badkamers, grote living. Alleen de keuken kan beter uitgerust worden. Zo is er geen snijplank of schaar, slechts 1 kom (met 8 personen) en wel voldoende pannen, 2 deksels maar deze passen nergens op. Er is ook een tekort aan messen en gewone glazen. Soit, dat is niet het ergste. Maar... wat men er niet bij verteld is dat er tussen 14u en 16u absolute stilte moet zijn in de wijk. Dus geen gespetter en gelach in het zwembad of er rond. In ons gezelschap waren geen kleine kinderen meer maar 2x kwam de eigenaar (die boven woont) klagen terwijl er echt niet veel lawaai was. Dat zet wel een domper. Tip voor de eigenaar: zet dat in je advertentie! Verder een prima uitvalsbasis om Rome te verkennen; half uurtje rijden naar station en 15 min. op de trein (spotgoedkoop: 1,5€/p!) en je bent er!

Good morning, thank you so much for your feedback. It is normal to have a quiet and respectful behavior in the use of the pool. All our guests have exclusive use of the garden and the pool without any limit ..... we kindly ask you not to scream and behave correctly. This is because our Villa is not an isolated house but surrounded by other beautiful properties. I do not think it is such a strange request ..... this is just a normal rule of good manners and respect . The kitchen is equipped with the best appliances and there are 25 glasses of all kinds ..... we will do our best to offer more glasses and utensils. With regard to public transport unfortunately we are not responsible for the quality of service ... we have many problems with public transport in Italy but our Government is trying to offer better services. Wunderschönes Haus mit allem Komfort und tollen Gastgebern

Wir bedanken uns bei Loredana und ihrer Familie für den tollen Urlaub. Die Villa ist mit allem Komfort ausgestattet und genau so schön wie auf den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Das Haus, der Pool und die Außenanlagen sind fantastisch, alles zur alleinigen Nutzung und sehr ruhig gelegen. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind gleich in der Nähe. Dank guter Tipps der Vermieterin haben wir viele Ausflüge besonders nach Rom unternommen. Es gibt die Möglichkeit nach einer kurzen Autofahrt in den Zug in die Altstadt einzusteigen. Una sola parola...FANTASTICO SOGGIORNO!! Una casa magnifica , una vera casa di lusso. Una bellissima piscina tutta per noi. Un giardino dai mille colori , fiori , piante , candele profumate ...cosa volere di più?? La casa è arredata personalmente dalla gentile proprietaria Loredana , lasciatevi consigliare da lei è una giovane donna allegra, molto simpatica e disponibile. Siamo stati accolti come in famiglia, tutto a nostra disposizione e tanti cioccolatini. Gli spazi sono molto ampi, una bella cucina moderna e attrezzata con tanti elettrodomestici. Camere da letto grandi , ben arredate e molto pulite . Mai nei nostri viaggi abbiamo affittato una casa così bella e accogliente. La tranquillità e il relax è garantito. La simpatica famiglia di Loredana sempre a nostra disposizione per ogni esigenza. Consigli, suggerimenti e visite guidate per visitare Roma . La villa si trova a pochi passi dal centro...circa 25 minuti con la macchina. Nei dintorni bar , supermercati e molti negozi. MOLTO CONSIGLIATA !!!

La Villa è un paradiso di relax e riservatezza.Tutto perfetto e forse ancora di più rispetto alle foto pubblicate.L'appartamento è molto più grande e le camere da letto sono silenziose, molto pulite e confortevoli. Tutta la casa è dotata di ogni confort . Vi consigliamo questa casa soprattutto per la breve distanza con il centro di Roma e il Parcheggio Saxa Rubra è perfetto per lasciare la macchina e evitare il traffico. Un trenino vi porterà nel centro storico in pochi minuti. Abbiamo trascorso due settimane indimenticabili, visitato i dintorni come Tivoli, Bracciano,Orvieto.Lasciatevi consigliare da Loredana ... sarà in grado di suggerire luoghi e posti non usuali . La privacy è perfetta..un giardino a nostra disposizione con un gazebo relax, un grande tavolo per le nostre colazioni bordo piscina e uno spazio solarium attrezzato.Cosa volere di più?? La mia famiglia è rimasta entusiasta e soprattutto i bambini si sono divertiti molto.La piscina è stupenda , illuminata la sera ci ha permesso di fare il bagno e di godere delle serate di Settembre ancora molto calde. Questa casa merita un punteggio maggiore di 5 STELLE... la gentilezza e disponibilità di questa famiglia è insuperabile. Mooi huis, prachtig ingericht, voorzien van alle gemakken.

De woning voldeed aan alle verwachtingen. Net zo mooi als op de foto’s. Rustig gelegen en voorzien van alle gemakken. Uitgebreide ingerichte keuken en alle apparatuur. Een fijn huis waar je heerlijk tot rust kunt komen. En als kers op de taart nu uitgerust met een fijn zwembad. In de tuin waren ook diverse fijne plekken zowel in de zon als in de schaduw. Kortom alle ingrediënten voor een fijn verblijf. We hebben erg genoten in dit prachtige huis.

Magnifique villa tout près de Rome

Magnifique villa tout près de Rome, à la fois fonctionnelle et belle, diposant d'un jardin manucuré et d'une piscine bleue turquoise. Loredana et ses parents sont d'une prévenance et d'une attention remarquable. Toute la famille (2 adultes et 3 enfants) a adoré et nous le recommandons vivement.

Beauté discrète, calme et raffinement.

Nous avons passé 2 semaines de vacance en famille à Rignano Flaminio, dans l'appartement de Loredana. La position de l'appartement nous a permis de visiter Rome et ses alentours, et de profiter de la "dolce vita" à l'italienne dans un jardin superbe, avec plusieurs coins de relaxation. La piscine nous a permis de nous rafraichir après les visites . Nous avons retrouvé une cuisine complétement équipée, y compris une lave-vaisselle qui nous a permis de se sentir comme chez nous. Les propriétaires sont discrets, et présent quand nous avons besoin d'un conseil. Nous allons recommander l'endroit à nos amis pour des futures vacances en Italie. Merci encore une fois Loredana pour ces belles vacances.
