Old charming villa. The country house is divided into 3 floors.
The ground floor comprises the living area and the kitchen. The living area is dominated by beamed ceilings, stone arches & tiled floors whilst being stylishly decorated by the owners to create a welcoming feeling.
The first floor is not rented by the owners who live in Rome but come often to supervise the property (e.g. to clean the swimming pool, to water the plants etc.).
On the top floor there are the two bedrooms which are accessible via an external staircase. The warm colours of the furnishings, the wood beams, the terracotta floor and the fireplaces exalt the pleasant atmosphere.

A swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, a beautiful open garden and a small soccer field allow guests to enjoy their free time


The property, located in the middle of a green, untouched country, is surrounded by big trees (oaks, pines, cypresses, olive trees and fruit trees) and by different types of flowers which especially in spring and autumn create a spectacular and warm mixture of natural colours.

The property includes also a wooden dependance (i.e. a small cottage) which has got 2 single beds and and third bathroom (this is the third bedroom potentially available on request in the property). This wooden dependance can be potentially hotter in summer due to high temperatures but you will find an air conditioning system which will make your staying very comfortable. Air conditioning is not provided in the two other bedrooms located in the main building of the property but the very big walls and the fans are enough to also grant a comfortable staying even during the hottest days in summer.
