Step outside and breathe in the pine-scented air on two expansive decks, adding over 800 sq. ft. of outdoor living space for laughter, evening cocktails, or morning coffee. When the sun dips low, sink into the private hot tub on its secluded patio, where the only soundtrack is the breeze through the trees.

Inside, this reverse-living home blends modern technology with inviting spaces. Gather in the Great Room, where tall ceilings and a wall of windows flood the space with natural light. The chef’s kitchen is a dream—25+ feet of glistening granite counters, a 5-burner gas cooktop, convection oven, and every utensil you could possibly need. Whether it’s pancakes for a crowd or a multi-course dinner, you’ll have the tools (and the space) to make it happen. Dine indoors at the table for 12 or fire up the gas BBQ on the deck and let the scent of sizzling burgers drift through the pines.
