Third Level: Two primary bedrooms with queen beds & en-suites, plus another queen bedroom & ensuite.
Top Level: Huge primary bedroom with king bed, ensuite, double vanity, soaking tub, and private rear deck.
Location: Just over a mile from Rehoboth Beach and Boardwalk. Easy biking or walking paths, bike rentals one block away, restaurants nearby, and tax-free Tanger Outlets less than a mile away.

Family vacation

Excellent time with family

We’ve stayed in this rental previously and enjoyed it. We had an excellent time with family. The location was everything we were looking for - it’s spacious and the pool is an excellent bonus.

Excellent vacation spot!

We just finished a wonderful week at Edgewood Creek. The house was amazing and very spacious. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom - a big plus with four adult couples like we had. Plenty of space to move around in. The kids loved the pool! Close walk to the beach and a nice playground.

Great For Friends Vacation

Huge house with lots of comfortable lounging spaces. Pay attention to what they do and do not have, we did separately rent linens and had to buy toilet paper, paper towels, etc.

Perfect unit for large groups!

This unit was so much bigger than I expected! We had plenty of room for all the kids to spread out and enjoy our time at the beach! The pool was also nice and close and we swam everyday! Would highly recommend this unit for big families or groups traveling together!

Great unit!

We love the convenience and available space of the unit. Wish it had a grill on property. Said it’s a fire code but saw neighbors with grill. Overall great place to stay and definitely recommend it.

All was well. Great house and great development. Owners could do well t8 provide more cleaning supplies. The grilling thing was a huge bummer - especially because there are grills all over the development that are clearly being used!

Really was looking forward to stay! Was impressed with the cleanliness description. However after arriving found the bottom area to have a mildew odor…..could not use that bedroom because of smell. The kitchen cabinets were very dirty with food stuck to outside of cabinets. Comforters were dirty. We have been renting condos for many years in Rehoboth and will not be returning to this location.

Rat feces and dirty diaper upon arrival

We entered the property and began to unpack. In the bedroom with two queen beds, we found a dirty diaper and trash under the bed. There was rat feces on all three balconies. The kitchen was dirty and the utensil drawers were filthy, with remnants of food and debris throughout. A CODE VIOLATION: the handrail going up one of the set of chairs is completely broken and detached from the wall. Our elderly parents were with us and we were worried they would fall. We did immediately call the rental agent upon our arrival and discovery of these issues, however, the cleaning service reported that the property is only deep cleaned once or twice a season. The rat feces continued throughout our stay, and the handrails was not fixed while we were there. We would not recommend this property to anyone. It is downright dirty, and there is an infestation of rodents. It is not safe.

Good Stay

We enjoyed our time in Rehoboth. Location was decent…about a mile from the beach. Place is large and accommodates many. There were seven of us and we all had more than enough room. There are a lot of steps so people with mobility issues may have a tough time. Kitchen is small for the number of people the place accommodates. Most beds were comfy. There is an ant problem but they provide you with info to contact property management if you need to address the issue.

The house supplied plenty of space for our 2 families (4 adults/5 kids) and in great condition.

We had a great experience vacationing in this house and look forward to doing it again. It had plenty of space, was very clean and well-maintained, quick and convenient to all locations, well supplied in the kitchen, and provided the ability for everyone to have privacy when they wanted.

Good property for families

Had four families (12 people) and plenty of space. All of the bedrooms have full baths, plenty of space. The pool is directly across the parking lot and its only an easy 20 min walk to the beach

Annual family vacation

Every year we do an annual family reunion/vacation. This house was more than we anticipated. The rooms are very spacious and having bathrooms in each suite was great help with a large crew. Location was conviene and within walking distance to boardwalk and shops.

This was a beautiful home to rent for a long weekend. While we found the linens process to be inconvenient, that was essentially our chief complaint. We had a great time in a peaceful complex.

Rehoboth Vacation

The location was great, a short walk to town or a quick ride to the beach. Edgewater was a nice community. The pool was delightful, and the place itself was nice, especially with a bathroom for each bedroom. Wasn't thrilled with paying to park all the time or only one pool pass per household. Also, thought the game room would have been a little bigger.

Comfortable home, however, not equipped with extras, not great for young children

The home is lovely, modern decor, comfortable beds. However, the kitchen is small and not set up to serve big families. We had 8 children in the house most of the time. Disappointed with the lack of cookware and serving ware. I would suggest bringing large pots and pans and serving bowls, pitchers, etc. if you plan on cooking in for a large group. The plates, bowls and cups are all china/and or glass. Disappointed there was no "kid friendly" cups or cereal bowls. May seem trivial to some, but we are a family that does not go out to eat for every meal at the beach. The wifi was awful as well. Not strong enough for as many people as it sleeps. There is only cable tv with all the channels in the game room (where adults cannot hang out) and in the master bedroom. All of other televisions have about 10 channels and that is a generous number. When we arrived, I have seen cleaner homes. The top of the refrigerator was filthy. Hair on the bathroom floors. Again, just not as clean as some other homes we have rented. This was the first time in this particular home and unless some things are added or improved, we will not stay in this home again. Not to mention, the first 2 nights of our stay , the smoke detectors continuously went off every 20 minutes, which did not make for a pleasant relaxing way to start our vacation. Disappointed with the realtor for how they handled this and the wifi. No apologies.
