Overall the app is good enoght, but badly managed. The communication with the owner was bad , she was not answering my messages for weeks and moving 1day of the booking was a real pain. When we got onto the app there was no wifi and no garage keys. The guys who met us had no idea ... It took 5 days to set it up.
There is no microwave in the kitchen !
The location is Ok.

It has been my worst experience with guests over the last 20 years. The attitude was uncollaborative from the very beginning and the way the apt has been left, well... not even during a war. Apart from the fact I had to send all duvets, blankets, linen, towels etc. for professional dry cleaning, several damages occurred both inside and outside my place. Btw, WiFi was solved within 48 hours, there is an electric oven in the kitchen and the garage key arrived just in time before it snowed. Complains are often a way to get a refund, but this time it should really go the other way round...
The apartment was a good enough size for a ski apartment and the bathroom was quite big. The apartment is fairly basic and dated but sleeps three comfortably - not five. The double bed and one of the sofa beds were comfortable - the other sofa bed was sofa cushions laid out on the floor and the camp bed was quite old ( and part of it was broken) so didn’t lie flat so neither is comfortable. The shower isn’t usable as a shower as there is no curtain and it’s very low down so you have to sit in the tub to use it and no plug was provided. There was plenty of hot water. The building is well located to get on the slopes (we eventually worked out how to ski across from the back door) and there are a couple of nice restaurants within walking distance. You can ski direct back to the apartment on lovely slopes if you’re confident on red runs. It would be helpful to provide a book with all the necessary information for the apartment in it as we had to try to work out a lot of things ourselves - like how to turn the electricity, water, fridge and Wi-Fi on - and I’d rather not have to keep contacting the owner to ask. We felt like we had borrowed a friend’s apartment rather than paid for it. The Wi-Fi didn’t work because there was no credit on the card for it and we didn’t want to have to go into town and pay ourselves to top it up. The parking spot was a definite plus as it seemed people without one struggled to park. The view of The Matterhorn was beautiful.
We had a wonderful stay in this spacious apartment. The view from the window of the Matterhorn (Cervino) mountain was amazing with the last of the evening light settling on it in full view. The ski-in/ski-out was a real bonus. The apartment is equipped with everything you may need and the hot water never runs out!i.e. great showers for all the family!
