The apartment close to the beach and the centre of Miami Platja, is on the second floor, it has an area of 65 m², very cozy and bright, with a large terrace with magnificent views of the sea. It consists of two double bedrooms, a living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a terrace with awning and sea views.

It has a barbecue, internet access (wifi), satellite TV (Languages: Spanish, English, German, French), community pool, outdoor parking in front of the accommodation, air conditioning in the living room and fans in the bedrooms.

Nothing to criticise about the accommodation or the service. I don’t use a car on holiday, but the bus service from right outside the park is inexpensive and efficient, albeit somewhat infrequent. The on site restaurant is particularly good. Perhaps open the restaurant in the evening?

Die Zimmer sind gut geschnitten. Die Ausstattung (besonders die Küche) ist hervorragend. Der Abwassergeruch in der Dusche ist sehr unangenehm. Dort fehlt wohl eine Wassersperre. Bei Nordwind klappert im Schlafzimmer der Rolladen und die Innenverkleidung des Kastens.

Herrliche drei Wochen Urlaub mit tollem Meerblick

Die Lage der Wohnung zum Strand ist super. Der Ausblick von der Terrasse einfach nur traumhaft. Die Möbel sind modern und hell eingerichtet. Der Service war sehr gut, wenn man noch etwas benötigte oder etwas defekt war, wurde einem am gleichen Tag geholfen. Die Couch müsste erneuert werden. Die Matratzen der Einzelbetten waren nicht so gut.

La ubicación es inmejorable si se quiere estar tranquilo y con la playa a un paso. Parking privado. Se debería coger matricula del coche del inquilino y asignarle una plaza de parking, de esta forma si en un apartamento hay varias familias con varios coches no ocupan dos plazas.

Die Lage ist einzigartig mit herrlichem Blick auf's Meer. Die Wohnung selbst ist stark abgewohnt. Bei Ankunft folgende Mängel: Schrank Schlafzimmer Rückwand komplett herausgebrochen = öffnet man die Türen muss man Angst haben, dass der ganze Schrank zusammenbricht. Stühle im Wohnzimmer gehen aus dem Leim - erst schauen, dann setzen, könnte gefährlich werden. Toilettenbürste u. Korkenzieher defekt - wurden von uns neu gekauft.

Kleinere Reklamationen wurden sehr schnell beseitigt. Schöne ruhige Anlage mit toller Lage. Reception sehr freundlich. Ein- und ausschecken unkompliziert Die Ausstattung innen muss vervollständigt werden ( nur 5 Tassen, 6 Messer und 1 Weinglas) ist zu wenig. Zudem ist auch ein weißes Badetuch und ein Handtuch für den MIetpreis nicht angemessen.
