WELCOME TO CHANGES IN LATITUDE.

Your relaxation starts the minute you enter Changes in Latitude with your “Vacation Attitude”.
Memories of your lake house vacation can be made with plenty of options from boating, fishing, hiking, floating and swimming. Our home is ideally located just beyond the famous Norris Lake jumping bridge and minutes from Sugar Hollow Marina.

Changes in Latitude has it’s own private dock with a covered slip and swim platform. There are 2 Dandy-Dock systems for your personal watercraft. Our home sleeps 18-20 comfortably. Family and friends can choose from 8 different bedroom configurations on 4 different levels. We recently added a commercial ice-maker for your convenience.

We provide you and your guests with many unexpected amenities including flat screen TV's, free unlimited long distance phone service, free secure wireless internet service, DIRECTV HDTV with multiple premium movie channels, everything you need to unwind and de-stress.

The main floor includes the Master bedroom with a King-size bed and a 42” flat panel HDTV, a fully-equipped kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, place setting for 24+ and a large dinning table. The great room is furnished with leather seating and a 66” flat panel TV, DVD and a 5.1 Home Theatre Surround Sound system. There is a ½ bath located off of the main entry. A large gas grill with table and chairs are located on the main level deck.

The Upper level consists of 2 bedrooms, one with 2 sets of full size bunk beds, the other with a Queen-size poster bed and a flat panel TV. Each room has its own sink with an adjoining Jack and Jill style bathroom. An upper loft has a twin bed.

The lower level game room has been equipped with an 8 foot professional Brunswick pool table, electronic dart-board, Xbox One gaming system and a 60” flat panel HDTV. A second full-sized refrigerator, utility room with full-sized washer and dryer along with 2 bedrooms, one with a Queen-size bed, another with 2 Full-size beds and full bathroom complete this level.

The lowest level deck has a 6-person hot tub and a private entrance to a suite consisting of a Queen-size bed, full bath and sitting area with daybed, commercial ice-maker, Keurig coffee maker and a mini-fridge.

Great Location, Relaxing Dock

Great location close to marinas and near the entrance of the cove (short idle to the main lake). Relaxing dock space with sun or shade throughout the day and space for floating and water fun.

Great location

Plenty of sleeping space to spread out. Lots of steps but that is to be expected. My 6 year old grandson loved fishing off the dock and we enjoyed swimming.

Location and house were absolutely perfect. The owner made everything really easy and made sure we new what to bring in advance. I could have asked for a better place except a few less stairs but that is to be expected at Lake Norse.

2024 Summer Vacation

Beautiful home

The home was just as listed. Beautiful vacation home with spectacular views. We loved the lake. Owner was very responsive to questions. One suggestion to move the ice maker to a more centralized location.

Great Family House

This house is large and very accommodating.. There was plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen is well equipped and also an outside gas grill. You can really tell the owners care about your stay. They have even equipped the house with an ice machine which is so great for filling your coolers before you head out for a fun day of boating. We cannot wait to go back next year!

Great week with family

It was our second time staying here. It was the same great experience. We had an issue with the hot tub getting warm enough and the ice maker not working, but both issues were handled immediately. Very responsive! Good time per usual. Highly recommend for any group.

Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time. All five of our children came, which rarely happens, and their families and there was room for everyone. The location of the house was perfect to access the lake, jumping bridge and marina. The water was beautiful and warm and having the lounge chairs, float and kayak there was great. We had never done a lake vacation. We usually go to the beach but our family liked this better. Thank you to the Munn’s for allowing us to enjoy their home.

Great Summer Vacation

House was great for our group. We had 8 adults and 10 children. The adults all had their own rooms and their were more than enough beds for the kids. Kitchen, living room, and main deck were where we spent our evenings. Plenty of space for our entire group. The dock was a great place for the kids to get their day started before we headed out on the water for the day. Diana was great to work with prior to our trip, during or trip, and after. We would certainly stay here again.

Well Equipped, Excellent Location

This home has everything you need! Kitchen is extremely well stocked. Having the 2nd refrigerator and ice machine on the lower level are excellent touches. The dock area includes kayaks, boat slip and parking for 2 jet skis. We encountered a few issues during our stay (normal stuff that can go wrong in any house) but the owners were extremely responsive and communicated with us as needed. Thank you Scott and Diana!!

Great family week

The house was very clean and had many great features. The views from the deck are beautiful and the lake was lovely and provided lots of fun activities (we rented a pontoon boat from the nearby marina). The host was very nice and responded quickly to any questions. There were a few things that could use improvement: The listing said "linens provided", however, you need to bring your own bath, lake towels and face towels; bed sheets are provided, but they are folded and placed on top of the bed (you need to remake the bed to put the clean sheets on when you arrive); outside of the master bed, the mattresses were very poor quality and people had difficulty sleeping on these uncomfortable mattresses; the dining table only has 6 chairs so you can't eat together as a larger group (some folding chairs would have been very helpful); the granite bar mentioned in the listing was missing so we couldn't use that (with the stools) for an additional eating area. Overall our family had a wonderful week at Norris Lakeside Estates.

Great Property

The house was great. We all were able to fit just fine. The location was close enough to grocery shopping too. The 2nd fridge was a plus and the ice maker was perfect. The location on Norris lake was great. We were able to pontoon to different areas of the lake and marinas. The swim raft was enjoyed by everyone in our group. We loved hanging on out on the dock for the day. We enjoyed sitting on the different house decks and looking at the water and sky. We had no problems at the house.

Awesome week in a great property and location!

We loved our stay at Changes in Latitudes. The house is even more spacious than we expected. I took my son who just graduated from High School and several friends and family to celebrate his graduation. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed. In addition, we loved the different decks on the house, all set up with furniture for enjoying the lake. It was awesome that they supplied garbage bags and had several other items for cooking and cleaning up. We would definitely recommend this property for a big group! The layout allowed everyone their own space and privacy and met all of our expectations, plus! Thanks so much!
