1 minute from the main road, located in a strategic area: 3 minutes from the nearest town and 5 minutes from the beaches, the Mondragó Natural Park, the traditional fishing port of Porto Petro and the picturesque town of Cala d'Or .

Newly built house, built following traditional parameters and materials, being ecological and respectful with the environment.

Capacity for 8 people. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a large kitchen-dining room with a traditional grill fireplace, a large living-dining room with a TV, a library-games room, a covered terrace, a beautiful natural pool with a waterfall (without salt or chlorine) and a sun terrace.

It has free WIFI, ASTRA satellite television and DTT.

Wonderful landscape, 100% privacy, perfect place to enjoy nature and spend time with family

What the owner is not telling you is that there is a fabulous roof terrace with a spectacular view over the wonderful landscape. A perfect place to enjoy the first cup of coffee or whatever drink in the evening. The house has a lot of space - you can throw your suitcases in the middle of the rooms and still you won't notice them. The natural pool is a meeting point for all kinds of birds - we even saw black kites drinking and hunting in the garden. You have full privacy - no neighbours, no close-by street. Most of the time you don't hear any traffic at all - just nature sounds. Owner and his family super friendly and supportive. The nearby village is 2 kilometers away and has a little local supermarket, a few really nice bars and we tested 3 restaurants which were basic with excellent quality. The closest beaches in Cala d'or were spectacular and only a 10 minute drive. We would recommend a rental car.
