Located in the quiet and charming hamlet of Bionnay, 2 km from the center of Saint Gervais and its ski lifts and 6 km from the station Contamines (Nordic and Alpine), at the foot of Mont Blanc and near the Tour du Mont White, many other hikes and the passage of the UTMB. Free shuttles at 100 m. of the chalet in season.
On the ground floor, large entrance hall with storage for shoes and ski wear. A room with sofa bed (140X190) and TV (channelSat). Upstairs, large living room with lounge area, open kitchen and dining area, large mezzanine. En-suite master bedroom with queen size bed (160X200), bathroom, toilet and dressing room. A bedroom with double bed (140X190), a toilet and a shower. One bedroom with two single beds (90X190), a toilet area and a large bath. Two WC in the living room. A large mezzanine hosts a work area with desk and an extra bed for 2 people (2 single mattresses -90X190-).
Ski room.
Sheets rental: 10 euros per bed.
Towel rental: 5 euros per towel.
Option beds made on arrival: 30 euros.
A deposit of 2000 euros (check or cash) will be requested on arrival at the premises and returned (if no degradation found) no later than 7 days after the departure of the tenants.

Agréable chalet en famille ou entre amis

Chalet très adapté pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis. Très beaux volumes, rénové récemment. Emplacement un peu excentré, permettant de rayonner dans la vallée et de combiner plusieurs activités. Propriétaire arrangeant et disponible.

Très beau chalet avec confort irréprochable

Chalet rénové récemment ; confort irréprochable à tous les niveaux. Plusieurs chambres avec belles salles de bain. Très beaux volumes ... etc ... Emplacement un peu excentré assurant un séjour paisible proche de belles randonnées vers le fond de la vallée. Propriétaires arrangeants et disponibles pour toute info.

Une semaine en famille à Saint-Gervais

Très beau chalet moderne et spacieux, avec superbe terrasse. La propriétaire Sophie était fort disponible pour répondre aux questions/demandes que nous avons eues. Cela fait deux fois que nous séjournons dans ce chalet, et nous y retournerons probablement encore!

Superbe chalet

Groupe de 7 à 10 personnes (suivant les nuits), nous avons passé un très bon séjour hivernal dans ce chalet. L'intérieur, très spacieux et lumineux, a été entièrement refait à neuf de manière vraiment réussie dans un esprit mixant modernité et charme du chalet en bois. Tout est très fonctionnel avec des équipements de qualité, des chambres agréables (mention spéciale pour les douches) et une pièce principale parfaite pour l'après ski. Propriétaires très sympathiques, communication facile et accueil chaleureux. La desserte vers St-Gervais est très facile : la navette, gratuite, est à 100m tout au plus du chalet. La station en elle-même est qualitative, adaptée à tous les niveaux et tous les types de ski. Absolument rien à redire sur cette location, nous n'hésiterions pas à revenir si l'occasion se présentait !
