Ocean Shores is a small spotless complex of condominiums located in the Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach. Nice furnishings and plenty of windows encourage the oceanfront views and sun to come on in at Ocean Shores 306. This terrific, top-floor, three-bedroom vacation rental has two full baths, can accommodate ten people and is direct oceanfront. The well-equipped kitchen is most convenient, and the never-ending views from the oceanfront over-sized balcony are divine.

Amenities at this North Myrtle Beach rental include wireless internet access, large flat screen Smart TV, three additional flat screen televisions, VHS/DVD player plus a CD/Stereo. Remolded in April 2023 upgraded dishwasher and a new washing machine and clothes dryer are also an added convenience.

Walk everywhere - Ocean Drive's famous Main Street, home of “Fat Harold’s, the “Shag” and S.O.S. Festivals, is just a few steps away with shops, restaurants and beach music awaiting to delight. Stroll on the beach, jump the ocean waves, build sand castles and take a dip in the pool with the kids. Venture to the nearby amusement rides and zip down a water slide on the beach. Golfing, shopping and entertainment - it is all in close proximity to this wonderful location.

The Pennington’s place was exactly as advertised. Quaint and homey and perfect location to everything. It had everything we needed to cook full meals and we could walk to restaurants as well. We will definitely be back and will recommend to others

This Condo was a very nice, spacious, and the location is great! The owners were very nice. They even checked in with us to make sure that we had everything we needed while we were there. The ocean front view was simply gorgeous! The weather was beautiful and we had a wonderful time making sweet memories with our precious family!

Great location!

First time visiting North Myrtle in quite a while. Loved the location! Beach, shops, and restaurants were easily within walking distance. Property was clean and had everything we needed for our weeklong stay. Owners provided clear instructions on how everything worked. The week we were there it was pretty quiet at the condo. Overall, great experience!

We loved the condo and the location. It was well furnished, had no issues with AC or bathroom facilities. Kitchen was well furnished. TVs were fine. Would have liked a king bed in the master bedroom. Overall, a great vacation.

I must be part mermaid!

This is exactly what we needed. The closeness to the beach was perfect. The interior of the condo was homey, clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. The owners Kelly and James were wonderful / friendly to work with / communicate with. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. It was nice that our older kids could go out to the beach on their own or out on the street to enjoy grabbing somethng to eat, ice cream and shirt shops.

Amazing as Always

We are repeat renters. Always try to book this condo before any others. I have been vacationing at North Myrtle my entire life, and have continued the tradition with my family. Ocean Shores is my preferred type of place to stay and I happened upon this unit around 2017/2018. If I could guarantee my family's availability the same week every year, we would book this unit indefinitely. The owners are perfection, and are extremely responsive and helpful. The condo, location, and amenities are great. We always feel comfortable and at home when we stay. Thank you for sharing with us!

Spring Break

Kelly was very easy to work with. She went the extra mile to answer questions and make suggestions to help our first visit to the area a good one. The condo could use a good cleaning inside and out. The ocean view is incredible. The beds are comfy. Kitchen well stocked. The pool isn’t heated and had been opened 2 days prior to our arrival. Although it’s located on a busy street you don’t hear the traffic because this condo faces the ocean. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. It’s a busy area, but not as busy as downtown Myrtle beach.

Fantastic stay.

Overall a fantastic stay. amazing location right on the beach and a 1/2 block from the shops and restaurants. Unit was clean and updated. The kitchen is very well supplied with everything you need for cooking. We only had 2 issues. There wasnt any toilet paper provided. After driving 15 hours, we had to get back in the car and go out to the nearest grocery store to buy some. Also, the queen mattress has a "hole" or soft spot. We had to shuffle around sleeping assignments as you really couldnt sleep on that side of the bed.

Family Vacation 2022

I gathered my children and grandchildren together and found this hidden treasure in your condo! There was so much room for the size of our party, the pool, the access to the beach, the large amount of stores and places to eat at within walking distance of our room. I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a beautiful place to relax and have good family fun! May I also add that every time I had a question regarding ANYTHING about the residence James and Kelly responded back immediately or witching a very short time. This vacation has got to be the best one yet for our memory books. Would not hesitate to rent from the Penningtons again.
