Le Grand Pin is a detached 100m² house with a lovely sea view and shady terrace, in a heavenly setting in the land of cicadas, on the Terres du Baguier estate. It was completely renovated and extended in 2024.

Peace and quiet, surrounded by pine and olive trees, 3 km from the sea, set in 10,000 m² of grounds with large infinity pool (12 x 6), relaxation areas and sun loungers. Heated, open-air swimming spa
Private golf practice with putting green, approach areas, practice cage with radar.
Children's playground, petanque area.

The house is fully air-conditioned and decorated in very light colours, with antique furniture in a contemporary style.
Ideal for two families with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Dining room with large open kitchen and direct access to the terrace with splendid sea views. 3 bedrooms.

This peaceful setting is just a stone's throw from all the entertainment:
- The markets of Provence every day (La Ciotat, Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer, Bandol, Sanary, Le Beausset etc.).
- The calanques between La Ciotat and Cassis, and between Cassis and Marseille by boat or on foot.
- On the Bandol side, the customs officers' path along the creeks and inlets offers a breathtaking view of the islands. This is a 2-hour walk from La Madrague to Bandol, with a picnic along the way to enjoy the scenery.
- The route des crètes between La Ciotat and Cassis, a winding road with unforgettable views.
-Beaches and water sports along the surrounding coastline
- all the waterfront restaurants and medieval villages (La Cadière d'Azur, Le Castellet)

We really enjoyed our vacation. The house is very lovingly and fully equipped. The location in the middle of a beautiful garden is an absolute dream. The landlords are very accommodating and uncomplicated. Very gladly again!

Très belle propriété au calme à 10min du vieux port de la Ciotat, qui comprend 3 gîtes et espace de jeux pour enfants, spa, piscine & golf, tout pour passer une très bonne semaine.Très beau gîte avec matériaux nobles & équipements au top : 3 chambres & 3 SDB, cuisine toute équipée, belle terrasse (quand le temps s'y prête ;)

Toller Pool-Urlaub mit Blick aufs Meer

Schönes, großzügiges Anwesen mit einem einfach ausgestatteten Ferienhaus. Bilder und Beschreibung im Internet passen. Der Pool ist groß - das Teilen mit den anderen 2 Parteien ist kein Problem. Schöne Blicke auf das Meer. Mit dem Auto sind es ca. 10 Minuten zur nächstgelegenen Badestelle. Definitiv empfehlenswert.

Een fijne vakantie in een mooie omgeving. Wel was de weg er naartoe erg stijl. Voor iemand die dit spannend kan vinden zou dit een grote opgave zijn. Dat misten we in de advertentie. La Ciotat is een mooi stadje aan de middellandse zeekust. Zwembad en Spa is een pluspunt van de accommodatie. Al met al een dikke 4.

Perfect place to explore the coast

We had a wonderful time. The house has everything we could ask for (including washing machine and dishwasher), and the terrace provides a spectacular view of the coast and two islands. Gabriel and his family are very pleasant and helpful, everything worked very smoothly. As we came in January we couldn't take advantage of the pools, but it was sunny and cool and perfect for hiking trips along the coast. The Parc Naturel des Calanques is a short trip away and offers beautiful hiking. La Ciotat itself is a lively village with two beaches which we enjoyed a lot, and we visited also Marseille (took us 45 minutes by car to the historical city center). We would have loved to stay longer and hope to be back soon - thanks Gabriel!

Un choc a l arrivée devant la beauté de ce site. Nous étions dans le gîte Mia qui correspondait parfaitement à notre attente. Équipement. Literie ect.. nous avons apprécié le calme et l environnement, l élégance des pins et des cyprès et la vue de la terrasse sur la baie de la Ciotat.. très bon contact avec les propriétaires. Charmants. A vivement conseiller.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour par son cadre qui est calme vue sur mer… Plusieurs infrastructures proposées trampoline, balançoire, pétanque piscine et notre petit a adoré le spa par son eau chaude. Nous avons séjourné dans le gîte Mia il est fonctionnel. Des petits travaux dans la salle de bains seraient un plus au niveau de son agencement et l’installation d’une VMC car odeur de renfermé. Manque peut être de petits équipements dans la cuisine, mini four… Les propriétaires sont forts sympathique et dispo en cas de besoin.

Super séjour, endroit merveilleux ! Propriétaires sympa et à l'écoute et très discret. Un logement très propre et bien équipé ainsi que décoré avec goût. Superbe piscine au calme, et un panorama agréable vue sur mer, bref que du bonheur. La situation est idéale, un peu à l'écart de la ville et de son effervescence, mais pas loin de la mer, des calanques,... Bref, je recommande vivement cet endroit, nous y retournerons à coup sûr!

Séjour agréable

Maison pas très grande mais fonctionnelle pour un séjour en famille avec 2 enfants. La maison se situe dans un domaine fermé au calme, la piscine est très agréable. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et très sympathiques. En ce qui nous concerne, nous étions deux couples et de ce fait la salle de bain et une des chambres était un peu petite.

Vacances reposantes dans une magnifique propriété

Je conseille vivement ce gîte ainsi que les autres gîtes dans la même propriété. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques (encore merci à vous, Sylvie et Denis, pour ces magnifiques vacances !), la piscine est splendide et très bien entretenue (avec vue sur la mer !), la propriété est idéale pour laisser les enfants jouer (trampoline, pétanque, ping-pong,...) pendant que les parents prennent l'apéro sur la terrasse en admirant le paysage ! On n'a pas envie d'en partir !
