- 5 bedrooms (3 on the ground floor with double bed and 2 on the ground floor, one with a double bed, the other with a single bed)
- A living / dining room with fireplace
- A kitchen

- Balconies and large sun terrace in front of the house
- Summer kitchen with barbecue.

In our enclosed garden of 1900 m² you will find a bowling alley and a ping pong table.
Absolute calm is guaranteed.

The villa is located in a private estate by the sea, closed and guarded day and night. In this area available to residents:
a cove at 400m from our villa / a supervised collective swimming pool of 25 m / a mini golf / three tennis courts / a field beach volleyball / a petanque

Tolle Villa

Schöne Villa mit allem was man braucht, genügend Geschirr und Besteck, geschmackvoll traditionell eingerichtet und einem kleinen sauberen Pool. Freundlicher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Ansonsten bietet die Anlage mit einem gemeinschaftlich genutzten großen Pool, Tennisplätzen (Beton), Minigolfanlage, Boule-Platz, Beachvolleyballfeld und einer sehr schönen sauberen Badebucht alles was das Herz begehrt.
