This renovated 6 bedroom, 5 full bath home is in the city's best location. Walk to great restaurants, cafes, shops, parks, Cave Hill and many other attractions.
Over 4300 square feet of space on three floors. The first floor has a large, gracious entry room, living room, dining room, just remodeled kitchen and just remodeled bathroom. On the second floor are 4 bedrooms (3 king, 1 queen) and two full baths. On the third floor is a large king suite that also has 2 twin beds and full bath.
The walk out basement has a queen bedroom, a full bath and a large gaming room with a professional quality poker table for 10. Casino quality clay chips, cards and buttons provided as well. The poker table has a custom fitted topper that covers the felt so that the table can also be used for family activities like board games or puzzle assembly.
Also in the walk out basement is a fully equipped laundry room. All bedrooms have a 50" Smart TV, top quality bedding and lovely décor. The living room and family rooms each have larger flat screens. Dining room seats 8 with additional dining area available on the patio. Wifi thoughout. Great back patio area with large gas grill, outdoor sofa and chairs and a table and chairs. There is also a rustic style fire pit.
Other Important Information:
1- If your group grows, we have several other properties within a block of this one (VRBO 430762 is less than 100 yards away).
2-Although this home is just a short walk to many exciting party spots, it is located on a residential street.
3- Just as at a hotel, Photo ID and valid credit card matching the booking name are required at check in. If a debit card is used instead, a $500 damage deposit will be required.
5. This home has exterior Ring door bell cameras by the front and back doors.
6. For accurate pricing of your stay, please enter correct dates and guest count. If you are bringing a pet, please check the box "traveling with pets" in the pull down box below guest count. This will ensure the pet fee for 1 pet is included with your booking. Additional pets, not to exceed 3 pets total, must be added manually after booking.
Cancellation Policies:
1. Cancel penalty free within 24 hours of booking if your arrival date is 14 days or more away.
2. If travel to our area is restricted by governmental order, we will issue a 100% credit good for future travel at any of our homes within 18 months of original booking.
This cancellation policy is binding, even though the booking page says "no refunds", we agree to abide by the policy above for all bookings.
FAQs:
1. As of January 1, 2023 VRBO now collects all local and state sales and transient taxes. If you booked prior to January 1, 2023 the Louisville Metro Transient tax will be billedd and collected separately.
2. Why can't we have more than 16 guests total in the home for just a few hours?
The Louisville STR ordinance caps the total legal occupancy of short term rentals based on the total number of bedrooms. Violation can result in the removal of our STR license.
3. Although we welcome families and groups of all kinds, we do have a few rules for bachelor/ette groups: No glitter or confetti is permitted at the home. If found in the home, your group will be charged an excess cleaning fee for clean-up. Do not tape, tack or nail ANYTHING to our walls. Groups are expected to leave the home is reasonably tidy condition-- all trash must be bagged, we should not find spilled food or beverages on carpets, floors or furniture and no damage should be done. Any clean up of bodily fluids of any kind, anywhere in the home will result in an excess cleaning charge.
Our Check In Process:
We offer self-check in or in-person check in at our home!
For self-check in, after you let yourself into the home with your unique digital code, you will complete the printed Guest Arrival Form found inside the home and then send us a photo of the completed form using your phone. The form can be texted or emailed, but must be completed and sent within 1 hour of arrival. Please note the form requires photo ID and a valid credit card matching the booking name. If you are unable or unwilling to send us a digital image of the form with the required photo ID, credit card information and signature, you cannot self check in and must instead choose in person check in.
For in person check in, a mutually agreeable time between 3pm and 9pm must be chosen. We will meet you at the home to collect the completed Guest Arrival Form and record your photo ID and credit card information.
No check in is permitted without photo ID and valid credit card matching the booking name and completion of the Guest Arrival form. If another member of your group will be arriving before the named guest, please call or email for assistance in setting up check in.
