Exclusive beachfront property with infinity pool. Just a short walk away from a golf course. Sleeps 8. Four bedrooms on three floors, private parking, large terraces and sun decks. Private beach access.

Pets are welcome with a surcharge of 10 Euro per day of stay.

GROUND FLOOR: One large area next to the pool with kitchen, bathroom and dining area. One large double bedroom with a small en suite bathroom. Pool and deck with sun beds.

FIRST FLOOR: One large double bedroom with covered terrace. One smaller twin bedroom. One shared bathroom.

Perfekter Aufenthalt in allerbester Lage

Wir haben hier mit unseren zwei Kindern (15J/18J) und unserem Hund einen wundervollen Urlaub verbingen können. Alles ist sehr sauber und in gutem Zustand. Die Lage ist einmalig schön mit tollem Ausblick auf das Meer. Pool, Garten, Terassen, direkter Meereszugang, gute Parkplätze ... was kann man sich mehr wünschen. Eine ganz tolle Betreuung vor der Reise, bei der Ankunft und auch beim Aufenthalt. Eine klare 5* Bewertung. Jederzeit wieder!

Spektakuläre Aussicht nach Piran

Alles in allem hervorragend. Gut ausgestattet, bequem, großzügig, modern, wohnlich und sehr sauber. Im Herbst , da die Sonne leider nur bis am frühen Nachmittag auf den Garten und das Pool scheint zu kalt zum schwimmen und am Pool zu sitzen. Wasser eisig . Morgensonne fein, Abends Sonne leider hinter dem Haus am Parkplatz. Toller Parkplatz, sehr gut zum wenden . Gute Restaurants in der Umgebung in Gehweite. Alles in allem Wohlfühl Potential!

Schönes Haus, aber nicht „luxuriös“

Haus ist baulich sehr schön. Lage traumhaft. Sehr sauber. Aber leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Einiges müsste überarbeitet werden, wie alte Wasserschäden, Matratzen, Lüftung in einem der Bäder, Moquitonetze anbringen etc

Beautiful location

This place is perfect if you want to be right on the sea with incredible views everywhere! The house is very comfortable, beds great, bathrooms modern and kitchen well equipped with everything you might need. The host is very accommodating and checking in and out was very easy. I would recommend this stay to anyone, but be aware that all 3 floors can only be accessed by outside (quite steep and stone) steps with no railings. This was not suitable for my 83 year mother who had to stay on the first level and could not even reach the pool area. So, each level has lots of privacy and space but it can be quite isolated if you're looking for a group feeling. The pool is beautiful and very clean and the lounge chairs are very comfortable. I would recommend this property especially in the summer season though if you want to take advantage of the the pool. We were there in the beginning of October and the pool was ice cold. We swam instead in the sea, which was much warmer!

Top House Perfect Location

Theire is nothing much to say about, just look the pictures and you know what you get. The house is in a really good state and the pool is just wow. In and around the house you get all what you need for exclusive hollidays. Goran the house owner is a realy nice guy if theire are any Problems you just can call him any time. That was our first time in Croatia but next time we will definitely book more than 5 days.

From the beginning to the end: it was an unbelievable stay at Villa Sarah. Our host gave us a warm and hearty welcome and was well prepared regarding all of our questions and special requests. During planing our trip every question was answered within an hour, so we could arrange the perfect trip beforehand. The house is excactly as described in the announcement, except some details, which are better than on the photos and the description. Two total equipped kitchens (top floor and ground floor) Nice barbeceau-area on the ground floor next to the infinity pool own beach access parking spaces 4+ WIFI: almost every section of the house reaches WIFI Mini market near to kempinski adriatic hotel (5 minutes to walk) Large supermarket (KAUFLAND) 15 minutes by car Fantastic view negative: we only booked 3 nights... :((( Summary: We enjoyed every minute of our stay!! That much is clear.. we´ll come back. Thank you very much Goran, thank you Villa Sarah!!!

Eine sehr schöne und gepflegte Villa

Wir haben sehr schöne 2 Wochen in der Villa am Meer verbracht. Goran der Hausherr ist sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Hat sich auch mehrmals telefonisch erkundigt ob Alles in Ordnung ist. Im Haus ist Alles wie beschrieben vorhanden, damit man einen schönen und gemütlichen Urlaub genießen kann. Der Garten und das Pool sind genau so gepflegt wie die komplette Anlage. Wir können diese Anlage nur weiter empfehlen.
