Our goal is to make you feel at home from the moment you arrive and to give you a "home away from home" experience.
An effortless getaway awaits at this single story luxury 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom luxurious villa. This sparkling 3,000 sq. ft. home has a prime waterfront location, high-end furnishings, & beautiful Italian-stone flooring throughout.
This luxurious four-bedroom home features king-sized beds in each room, as well as indoor and outdoor living spaces designed for your comfort and enjoyment. Relax in the spacious luxiours living area with disappearing sliding doors to the pool. Cook meals in our fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, and coffee maker.
Cypress ceilings adorn the extended outdoor lanai. Beautiful outdoor kitchen + bar, heated saltwater pool & hot tub with cascading waterfall & a large sunning deck provide everything you need to entertain in style. (We don't charge for the heated pool during the cooler months.)
This is the ultimate retreat where you can relax and unwind with a private heated pool and spa (depth 3'-6') or soak up the sun on the deck/boat dock overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway.
New to the villa is a 25ft pontoon boat that can be rented with a Captain for an 8 hour day. Pass through the canals, visit local islands & beaches & stop for lunch along the way!
Paddle down the waterway to watch wildlife, or enjoy the huge lanai with a private pool and spa while you stream your favorite sporting event on the Smart TV outside! Or enjoy a competitive game of ping pong!
Our welcoming home includes two smart TVs with Xfinity cable, luxury furnishings, central A/C & heating, ceiling fans, washer & dryer, and complimentary toiletries. Work from home with ease in our WFH-friendly home, complete with an office and desk workspace. As of May we offer TVs in all the 4 bedrooms!
Park up to six vehicles in our garage and driveway, and enjoy access to nearby Everglades tours and beaches. You can easily visit beautiful & fun spots like Venice Beach, Four Freedoms Park, Yacht Club Community Park, Jaycee Park, Glover Bight Trail, Camelot Park, and Yacht Club Public Beach.
