très bon séjour

maison très agréable, idéalement située pour tout faire à pied, petite cour intérieure fermée précieuse avec de jeunes enfants. Accueil chaleureux et attentionné.

Nice spacious house in a lively part of town

Complete “holiday” house on one of the main avenues in Royan. 5 minutes walking from the beach, max 15 from the city center. House is complete, with gas bbq, induction cooktop and complete kitchen necessities. We enjoyed our stay very much and the owner is very helpful. Definitely a positive review!

Maison très agréable et très bien située, proche de la plage et des commerces. Très bon accueil de la propriétaire. Maison conseillée pour familles avec enfants.

Magnifique!

L'accueil de Clémence est très chaleureux. La location est conforme à la description et même un peu mieux avec internet et Wifi qui n'étaient pas mentionnés. Pas besoin de voiture pendant le séjour et, les vélos à disposition sont très appréciables. Nous reviendrons.

Très bon sejour

Maison agréable, toute refaite à neuf, bien agencée, avec tout ce qu'il faut, très propre. Emplacement idéal pour Royan, super central, à 5 min de la plage et tout près du centre ville, du front de mer. Le Petit Casino, la boulangerie, la poissonnerie, le magasin bio, tout est proche. Très pratique. La proprietaire et sa fille sont très disponibles, serieuses, vraiment très bien! Je recommande chaudement!

Belle location

Belle location pour nous 6. L emplacement permet un accès à la plage très rapide ainsi qu un accès au centre ville de Royan. La maison est propre et bien équipée. Il y a un petit coin dehors pour le repas et le barbecue, le tout au calme. Une chambre avec salle d'eau est au fond à l'écart ce qui permet un peu plus d'intimité pour les parents. L'aménagement d'un canapé plus grand serait un plus dans la pièce de vie. Location parfaite pour les vacances, à recommander sans soucis.

Les commentaires des autres internautes et les photos laissaient présager une location très agréable et nous n'avons pas été déçus. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette ville dynamique et accueillante de bord de mer. L'emplacement, les êquipements et la décoration de la maison ont contribué pour une bonne part à la réussite de notre séjour. Je conseille à tous de venir profiter de ce petit coin de France dans cette location.

Un plus important : les proprietaires sont très accueillants et ils ont pensé à tout : il y a même des vélos mis à la disposition des locataires.

Maison agréable et bien placée

Nous avons été bien accueillis et avons apprécié de se déplacer en vélo pour aller au centre ville, à la plage et au petit jardin du Parc pour les tout -petits. Toutes les courses peuvent se faire à pied.

Excellentes vacances dans cette jolie maison lumineuse

Nous 6, 2 Français et 4 Tchèques, avons passé d'excellentes vacances dans cette jolie maison lumineuse et décorée avec goût, pourvue d'une petite cour bien agréable pour s'installer à l'extérieur tout en étant en centre ville. Pas de problème de parking, même si nous avions 2 voitures. Accueil bien sympathique. N'hésitez pas, vous serez séduits !

Très belle maison super bien équipée y compris pour un bébé. La cour est fermée et ne donne pas sur la route donc les enfants y sont en sécurité. La literie est impeccable dans toutes les chambres. Les commerces ainsi que la plage sont à à peine 10 minutes et une supérette et une pharmacie sont à 2min !! Bref nous avons passé un très bon séjour !!

Charmantes Stadthaus

Wir haben eine Woche mit unseren erwachsenen Kindern in dem liebevoll eingerichteten Haus verbracht. Im Innenhof war bei schönem Wetter genügend Platz für alle sieben an einer Tafel. Besonders reizvoll ist das Zimmer mit Bad im "Hinterhaus", in dem wir Eltern ungestört wohnen konnten. Die drei weiteren Zimmer im Haupthaus bieten auch genug Platz und alles was man braucht. Die offene Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Eine sehr nette Vermieterin gab uns auch noch gute Tips für unseren Aufenthalt. Professionelle und unkomplizierte Übergabe der Wohnung.

Très bonnes vacances en famille

Maison refaite à neuf et fonctionnelle. Nous étions prêt de tout : petit casino à côté, boulangerie en face très pratique, 15 min du marché central de Royan, 10 min de la plage. C est vraiment une maison de famille avec toutes les commodités.

Muy bien para pasar unos días en tranquilidad!

La casa está muy bien y con todo lo necesario para disfrutar de unas vacaciones. Está cerca de la playa y rodeado de comercios, restaurantes, etc..

Superbe location
