A 3 storey modern property with 3 bedrooms, all recently refurbished to a high standard with stunning views with the marina right in front of the house and views over to Plymouth. 2 bedrooms (double and a single) are arranged on the lower floor with a master bedroom with en-suite on the first floor and a kitchen with a view you will not want to leave, and an open plan living area on the second floor with a balcony to enjoy the surroundings from.
There is so much to do very close by, a great restaurant/bar just yards away, a ferry taxi to transport you to the bustling Barbican area of Plymouth which offers many restaurants and bars along with individual shops. The South West Coastal path runs right from the property with the beautiful South Hams to explore.
The National Marine Aquarium is a great day out and a 10 minute passenger ferry away. If you like to shop Drake Circus shopping mall is close by.

We love messing about on the water and live not too far away. We have recently re-furbished this house which we previously rented out on a long let. It is fabulous inside and it will be difficult to leave the house with the most amazing view of the Marina with boats coming and going all day long.
Why they chose this property
Its unique location sets it apart, being literally a stones through from the water you could sit for hours watching the boats come and go. It has been refurbished to a very high specification and you will not want to leave!
