Abbiamo soggiornato nell'appartamento dal 01/11/18 al 04/11/18 . L'appartamento corrisponde alle foto del sito, pulizia accurata e dotata di tutto il necessario. La posizione è ottima, in centro e a pochi passi dal mare. Posizione strategica per visitare anche il corchiapark. Accoglienza perfetta della proprietaria.Non essendo affittato la giornata della nostra partenza la proprietaria ci ha concesso di utilizzarlo per tutta la giornata, anche questo e' stato per noi importante e segno di disponibilita' del gestore. Vielen Dank für Ihren Kommentar.Die Pizzeria im Erdgeschoss bietet einen Willkommensrabatt für unsere Im Sommer organisiert es jeden Samstag die beliebten Jazzkonzerte, die 24 Stunden dauern, in den anderen Perioden organisiert es einige musikalische Samstage, die auch von unseren Gästen sehr geschätzt werden. Es tut uns leid, wenn es zu einer Störung kam.

we hebben het er heerlijk gehad , mooi groot balkon netjes appartement en leuke gastvrouw

Alles aanwezig in het appartement en in het dorpje. Heerlijk in de pizzeria, typisch Italiaans restaurantje gegeten onder ons. Netjes appartement in een mooie buurt. Dicht bij het strand en andere bezienswaardigheden zowel per auto als trein gemakkelijk bereikbaar. Aanrader dit ...Wij hebben ons uitstekend vermaakt.

Very Nice Trip

Thank you very much for a great stay. everything worked out perfectly.The owners were very helpful with all our requests. The beach is just 1 min to walk, a Little shop and Restaurant in the same building. With open window you can hear the people from the restaurant. That might be of interest for the summer, but we had the Windows closed for the night. Again, we were happy and everything was clean and comfortable Alex

Belle maison, propre et bien entretenue, très bonne situation Propriétaires très gentils qui nous ont donné beaucoup de conseils Par contre séjour a ne pas envisager avec des enfants petits les mois d'été chauds car l'appartement se trouve a l'étage et en-dessous il y a une pizzeria avec un four a bois qui chauffe bien tous les planchers. En juillet la température dans la maison est a 30° toute la nuit avec ces plancher chauffés a fond le soir et la nuit. Un peu compliqué de dormir a 30°C. En plus il y a des soirées musicales (jazz, blues) donc énormément de bruit jusqu'à 2-3 heures la nuit, pour les enfants un peu difficile de dormir a 30 ° C avec un tel bruit... Et chaque matin a 6 h il y a ramassage de poubelles de la pizzeria et comme l'on doit dormir avec les fenêtrés ouvertes pour ne pas cuire le bruit réveille... Sinon location idéale l'hiver ou quand il ne fait pas très chaud... ou si l'on va dormir ailleurs. Nous avons essayé de dormir sur la terrasse mais encore une fois il y a énormément de bruit jusqu'à 2-3 h et a partir de 6h le matin

Nous travaillons depuis longtemps pour rendre agreable le sejour de nos clients afin de mieux equiper l'appartament ou j'ai grandi et en les conseillant sur les ressources et l'attractivite' de notre territoire. Heuresement en Julliet en Versilia le temp est tre beau, c'est pour ca que nous avons un climatiseur dans le salon et les ventilateurs de plafond dans les chambres pour assurer une bonne ventilation, egalement favorisee par là brise agreable que les soirees d'ete vient de la mer et ou on peux profiter des balcons. Le restaurant au rez -de-chaussee est une pizzeria pour le familles ou seulement une fois par semaine il y a de la musique en direct, mais elle doit s'arreter avant minuit comme le reglement municipal impose. En plus, nos clients beneficient d'une reduction des prix sur l'addiction qui est generalement bien appreciee par les families. La modalite de collecte municipal des dechets est la meme dans tous les routes de la municipalite' de Marina di Pietrasanta. Pour notre part nous essayons d'offrir la meilleure receptivite possible a cote' de la mer.

Erholsame Tag in netter Umgebung

Ursprünglich hatten wir 9 Tage gebucht. Da uns jedoch das Appartement und die Lage so gut gefallen hat, haben wir unseren Aufenthalt noch um eine Woche verlängert. Die Wohnung ist optimal gelegen. Morgens kann man innerhalb weniger Minuten beim Bäcker frische Brötchen einkaufen. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es auch einen Gemüsestand. Auch ein Coop ist nicht weit weg. Dennoch ist die Lage ruhig! Eine Ausnahme gibt es: Samstagabend ist Jazz-Session in unmittelbarer Nähe (Pizzeria im Erdgeschoss). Aber das geht wirklich nur bis 24 Uhr, dann ist Ruhe. Am besten einfach zusehen und dabei eine Pizza, Pasta oder einen leckeren Fisch essen. (Natürlich mit Discount :-)) Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Typische italienische Ferienwohnung

In der letzten Septemberwoche suchten wir in Pietrasanta für 5 Tage eine kleine Wohnung für 2 Personen. Wir fragten viele Vermieter von freien Wohnungen nach einer Offerte. Sie waren die einzige Vermieterin, die umgehend mit uns Kontakt aufnahm. Die Übergabe klappte hervorragend. Das Haus hat den typisch italienischen Charme. Wir genossen es auf, der grossen Terasse zu frühstücken. Herzlichen Dank, dass wir von Ihren Trauben ernten durften. Wir haben sehr oft und auch gut im kleinen Restaurant unten im Haus gegessen. Am Samstagabend nimmt man am besten als direkter Zuhörer an der Jazz Session im Restaurant teil. Last September week we searched in Pietrasanta for 5 days a small flat for 2 people. We asked many renters with free flats for an offer. You were the only render who got in touch immediately with us. The handing over clapped very well. The house has the typically Italian charm. We enjoyed to have breakfast on the big patio. Many thanks that we might harvest from your grapes. We have eaten very often and also well in the small restaurant below the house. On Saturday evening we recomment to take part as a direct listener for the jazz session in the restaurant

Vicina al mare e al centro di Marina. La casa era pulita e in ordine. Posta al primo piano con una bella terrazza attrezzata e fruibile. Ampio giardino con barbecue per mangiare all'aperto. La disponibilità di biciclette è stata aprezzata. Esperienza molto positiva. Clara.

Отличный отдых

Апартаменты на 2м этаже дома, на 1м ресторан с отличной кухней, столик стоит бронировать заранее. Есть внутренний двор с навесом и столиком, велосипеды в свободном доступе. Хозяйка (Мария Тереза) встретила, рассказала о местных особенностях и местах и городах, которые стоит посетить. Вся техника в рабочем состоянии. Единственное, что не хватало - вайфай, но его можно было поймать в соседнем ресторане или в зоне пешеходной улицы с ресторанами. Пляж в 5 минутах ходьбы, в цену зонтика входит пользование вайфай. Береговая линия около 10 км, полно кафе и магазинов известных марок со скидками. В крупные маркеты только на машине. Прекрасные панорамы - море и горы. Отличный вариант для отдыха на море и разъездов по соседним городам и аутлетам.

Bella vacanza!

qualche giorno di relax

Appartamento ben curato, con ogni dotazione. Posizionato strategicamente a due passi dal mare e da tutti i negozi. Molto rilassante e ben godibili sia la terrazza sia il giardino. Quando siamo stati noi (fine aprile) erano in piena fioritura rose e pitosforo con i loro gradevoli profumi diffusi nell'aria. Cortese e disponibile la proprietaria; magari l'anno prossimo torneremo!
