Great stay and accommodating host!

Property is large and roomy for a family. There are 3 bedrooms with twin beds in each. Very clean! The area has perfect access to all the major sites/museums and Ponte Vecchio. Great gelato place is just down the street! (The apartment is located on the upper floor which allowed us to walk off the gelato lol!) The apt has a cloths washer which came in handy. Bring your own paper goods and personal soaps, but pretty much everything else you need is provided. The Host went above and beyond when there was a miscommunication (ALL on our end) and he graciously accommodated us to address the issue! If I could give him more than 5 stars for that I would! Can’t recommend the rental enough. Enjoy the beautiful city that is Florence!

Soweit alles gut in Ordnung. Es wäre hilfreich gewesen im Vorfeld zu wissen, dass man sich - bei Anreise mit dem Auto - einen Platz in einer Garage buchen sollte. Man darf auch ins Zentrum nur mit Sondergenehmigung reinfahren. Es gehört kein Parkplatz zum Objekt. Der Vermieter hat uns sehr nett weitergeholfen. Noch besser wäre es, dies in der Anzeige deutlich zu machen.

Apartamento realmente amplio y bien situado

Si lo que buscáis es un apartamento amplio y bien situado en Florencia, el de Tiziano es sin duda una buena opción. Sin embargo, si os preocupa mucho el gusto de la decoración o el mantenimiento, quizás debáis buscar otra cosa. El apartamento es como se ve en las fotos: muy espacioso, pero con algunas de las salas que solo se utilizan para pasar a través de ellas; completamente equipado, pero con muebles y utensilios propios más bien de un viejo apartamento de estudiantes. En el piso hay casi todo lo que podáis necesitar: desde un viejo televisor en la cocina hasta un cuarto de planchar. Pero tiene bastantes problemas de mantenimiento que deberían solventarse: grifos que no cierran, un frigorífico también difícil de cerrar, una iluminación precaria... El piso tiene una buena calefacción, pero según el propietario se aplica estrictamente la normativa municipal y los más frioleros no estarán del todo cómodos en los días más fríos del invierno, puesto que se apaga des de las 23.00 a las 5.00. En conjunto, pues, es una buena opción, teniendo en cuenta que está algo por debajo de la media de los precios de apartamentos turísticos en Florencia.
