Vacances à Concarneau

Appartement coquet mais très exigu. Petit jardin privé et cloturé appréciable. Calme et bien situé à 3 mn de la plage des Sables Blancs et 30 mn à pieds du centre ville par la côte ! Malheureusement nous avons passé que 3 jours dans cet appartement car il n y avait pas d'eau chaude (ballon d'eau chaude hors service) et comme nous nous sommes rendus compte de cela le samedi en fin de journée et que l'agence était fermée, nous avons du attendre lundi matin pour les avertir...un nouveau ballon d'eau chaude devant être commandé et remplacé le jeudi ou vendredi, nous avons heureusement été relogé rapidement !

séjour Concarneau

Très bon emplaçement, près de la plage, location propre, bien équipée ( lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, lave-linge ) calme dans résidence sécurisée. Le seul souci c'est la petitesse de la "chambre" 2m/2 soit 4m2 ! très compliqué pour sortir du lit surtout que nous sommes un couple de forte corpulence et que moi je suis PMR. A part ça, rien à redire.

Lage incl. die Nähe zum Meer sind prima, ebenso der kleine Garten und der Parkplatz vor der Tür. Da App ist gut für 2 Personen geeignet. Leider gibt es ein Schimmelproblem in den Räumen und einige Ausstattungsmerkmale sind in die Tage gekommen: Schloß zum Wintergarten geht nicht, Lüftung nur über ein einziges Fenster, die Feuchtigkeit schafft es nicht aus dem Haus.
