All the advantages of a seaside resort in the heart of a small authentic and dynamic Breton town.

The apartment is located in a brand new luxury residence (summer 2011) of ten apartments; located at the end of a cul-de-sac, you will only hear the sound of seagulls. It is classified as a 3* furnished tourist accommodation. Located on the ground floor, it has a small enclosed garden (90 m2) and a south-facing terrace: you can relax on the deckchairs at your disposal or enjoy the garden furniture. In addition, you have direct access to a private and locked cellar to store bikes, board, beach equipment ... in complete safety.


Here you can park your car inside the residence in a private and secure car park and forget about it during your holidays: everything is easily done on foot in 5 minutes, whether it is the many shops in the city centre, the Halles, the Ville Close (free open-air concerts in its amphitheatre in summer), the corniche and the beaches or the weekly market!

Sports enthusiasts will also not miss activities: cycling, hiking, jogging on the coastal paths, sailing, surfing, swimming, beach...
Let yourself be disoriented by a sea excursion to the Glénan archipelago: a true paradise of turquoise water and fine sandy beaches await you! A dream!

If you want to take your car, Concarneau is ideally located to visit the whole of southern Brittany: from the magnificent wild landscapes of the Crozon peninsula (70 km away) or the Pointe du Raz (75 km) or the Pointe de la Torche (50 km), via the ports of Audierne (50 km) or Lorient (40 km), not to mention the many towns of character such as Quimper (20 km), Pont Aven and its painters (16 km), Locronan (40 km) ...

Great host - great house

The house was very well equipped and comfortable. Great private parking. Patrick, the host, always got back to us very quickly. He was also great at recommending restaurants and places to visit. We would like to return next year. Sorry we never met.

Die Unterkunft war sauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Terrasse mit kleinem Garten ist gemütlich. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Wir hatten uns wegen einer Autopanne ziemlich verspätet und sie waren da ganz unkompliziert. Gut fände ich ein Bild von der Toreinfahrt, denn wir waren etwas verunsichert. Die Hausnummer ist nämlich 5 und die Wohnung hat die Nummer 1.Wir waren zwei Wochen dort und haben den Aufenthalt genossen.

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung in super Lage.Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht.Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gut, es gibt einen abgeschlossenen Parkplatz.Restaurants und Geschäfte sind fussläufig in 5-10 min zu erreichen .Klare Empfehlung!

Tout était parfait !!! Contact simple, chaleureux et réactif avec les proprietaires et la personne s 'occupant de l 'intendance.Les vélos à disposition, les produits de premières necessité, le linge en option ( payant) sont des petits bien appreciables pour passer un sejour au top dans cette jolie région. Malgré la pluie, nous avons pu profiter, entre les averses, de paysages tout aussi jolis et charmants qu' en été.

Vacances parfaites : propreté, confort et situation idéale.

Un séjour parfait à Concarneau ! L’appartement était d’une propreté irréprochable, très bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié sa situation idéale : à deux pas de la plage et tout proche du centre-ville et de la ville close, ce qui nous a permis de tout faire à pied. Quartier calme, literie très confortable, et accueil parfait. Un vrai coup de cœur que nous recommandons sans hésiter !

Tolle Unterkunft in Concarneau

Tolle Wohnung mit Terrasse und privaten, abgeschlossenen Parkplatz. Im Apartment ist alles vorhanden. Stadt und Strand fußläufig in einigen Minuten. Wir würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen und weiterempfehlen.
