    Excellent séjour

    Appartement spacieux et confortable dans un quartier calme, proche des commerces et bien desservi par les transports en commun, il est possible de prendre le train à la gare de Rezé pour passer une journée à la mer. Accueil très sympathique des propriétaires. Catherine et Yves.

    ADORABLE SÉJOUR

    On est arrivée le 4 Juiilet et LYdie et Srge nous attendaient. Un couple très sympa ave toute la disponibilité pour nous aider. La maison est vraiment très confortable et decorée avec très bon goût. On se sent comme chez nous! si on viendrait à Nantes nous n'hesiterons pas à revenir chez Lydie et Serge.     Parfait!!!

    Très agréable séjour dans ce lieu tout cosy, tout mignon. On n'a pas l'impression d'être dans une location de vacances, la déco est très soignée, c'est vraiment agréable. On est comme à la maison! Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et de bon conseil. Le quartier est très calme. Trentemoult est tout proche, et Nantes est très bien desservie par le tram ou le navibus, et le soir, après une bonne journée de visite et d'activités, on est bien content de se retrouver dans un endroit si mignon et confortable. Bref, à conseiller vivement!

    C'est assurément la plus belle surprise de notre voyage en France. Très bien situé pour visiter Nantes et les environs. 15 minutes de marche pour prendre le train et se rendre à Nantes en 10 minutes . Pas besoin d'utiliser l'auto et stationner en ville. Appartement très agréable, très propre, calme et sécuritaire. Hôtesse très accueillante . Nous retournerions sans chercher ailleurs.

    Superbe location. Un appartement très bien agencé et très bien équipé, d'une propreté irréprochable. Avec le tram c'est à 15 mn du centre. En vélo c'est bien aussi. Avec Google Map c'est très facile de trouver la maison en arrivant sur Nantes. L'accueil est particulièrement chaleureux et amical. Donc une location hautement recommandable. L.

    "Eine Ferienwohnung mit s...

    "Eine Ferienwohnung mit sehr gutem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis in der Nähe von Nantes, ideal mit Auto (Parkplatz ist auf dem Hof). Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet (Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Mikrowelle, sämtliche Küchenutensilien...) und schön eingerichtet. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit. In der Umgebung gibt es einen Bäcker (fußläufig), einen Supermarkt und ein großes Shoppingcenter (mit dem Auto zu erreichen). Zwei Hinweise für künftige Mieter: 1. Die WLAN-Verbindung ist oftmals leider sehr schwach. 2. Schlafzimmer und Wohnraum/Mezzanine sind nicht mit einer kompletten Wand abgetrennt, hier hört man sich also ggf. gegenseitig. Wir würden die Ferienwohnung dennoch auf jeden Fall wieder buchen und auch jedem empfehlen, vor allem wegen des guten Preis-/Leistungsverhältnisses."

    "Le quartier est calme,plutôt résidentiel, à proximité des axes principaux de communication vers Nantes et ses extérieurs. L'appartement est agréable ,bien agencé.Sa position dominante offre une vue dégagée sur Nantes,tout en bénéficiant du cadre arboré du jardin de la propriété. Les propriétaires sont accueillants,disponibles ,attentifs à nos suggestions pour améliorer le confort de leur location ."
