PEACEFUL DUPLEX with Parking & Terrace & 5 bedrooms

In the typical Parisian district of Jourdain (shops, cafes, market ...), near the large park Buttes Chaumont, near the center of Paris with the line 11 which takes you directly to Châtelet and City Hall in 15 minutes, we rent a duplex with parking available.
It is a family apartment in a maintained residence of 110 m2, which has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large balcony and a terrace. All rooms open onto a large quiet and bright garden.

On the first floor: entrance, 1 bedroom (mattress: 160 x 200 cm), living room (TV, internet) and American kitchen (induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave), bathroom with bath, toilet separate, large balcony.

On the ground floor: 3 bedrooms with double bed and 1 bedroom with single bed, a bathroom (shower and toilet), terrace

This duplex was awesome. It was very comfortable and clean. The host was very helpful and accommodating. It was very homey. The downside was that the linens and towels were hard/rough. Other than that, the experience was excellent. We definitely revcommend this place if you are in Paris.

Nice Duplex Good Neighborhood

Nice place, plenty of space, close to the Jourdain metro. The neighborhood is nice, lots of little cafes. My only issue is the spiral staircase (I knew they had one, just didn't realize how steep). We had no issues, but it is not for the faint of heart! Anyone with mobility issues will have to use the first floor bedroom. As a side note, the water pressure was awesome. The building is very secure, two doors to get in, a lock for the stairs, had no issues walking around with 2 teenagers. Close to grocery stores as well. Took us about 20 to 30 minutes on metro to get to the major sites, very convenient.

Superbe appartement au coeur du 20eme arrondissement.

Nous avons passé un super week-end en famille dans ce bel appartement en duplex hyper calme, très bien équipé et à la décoration soignée. Les terrasses sont appréciables dès que le soleil pointe le bout de son nez.L'environnement est top : proche du métro et des bus dans un quartier très sympa avec des petits bars accueillants juste à côté. Le parking a été un atout pour nous. Très bon accueil de Sabrina en l'absence du propriétaire. Nous recommandons cet appartement à 100%!

Perfekt für einen tollen Paris-Aufenthalt

Die Unterkunft von Christophe war für uns perfekt! Die Wohnung ist super groß und wir hatten genügend Platz. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und bekamen wertvolle Tipps für unseren Kurz-Trip. Die Lage ist nah bei der Metro-Station, die Busstation liegt unmittelbar unten an der Straße. Das Quartier hat uns sehr gefallen, es hat Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, coole Bars, gute Bäckerei und tolle Restaurants. Die Wohnung ist unbedingt zu empfehlen, wir würden wieder dort hin gehen! Superbe et cosy

Il s'agissait d'une réunion de famille pour le réveillon de Noël, cet appartement magnifique, très bien aménagé, propre et très bien situé dans un quartier où vous avez tous les magasins possible. Celui ci a favorisé le bon temps que nous y avons passé tous ensemble. Les lits étaient confortable même si pour certains les pieds dépassaient ^_^. Christophe le propriétaire a été extrêmement courtois et sympathique, il nous a fait visiter et expliquer les éléments du logement. Nous nous sommes sentis à l'aise dès le début. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 29 luglio al 3 agosto 2018. Eravamo in 5 di cui una coppia. Appartamento ottimo, molto ben fornito di tutto, molto accogliente e attento il padrone di casa. Ha messo a disposizione anche il parcheggio nel garage interno. L'unico neo, se così possiamo dire, una scala a chiocciola molto stretta per scendere al livello inferiore dell'appartamento dove erano 3 camere da letto. Scendere e salire con le valigie non è stato semplicissimo. Zona molto ben servita di ristoranti. Appartamento a 5 minuti dalla metro. Super consigliato. Grazie Christophe!
