Ideally located in a quiet and family subdivision, the house has secure and comfortably equipped garden areas - deckchairs, outdoor sofas, dining area, BBQ ... - on both sides.
Unlimited internet connection in Wifi throughout the house.

Ground floor
• A spacious Catalan patio at the entrance (armchairs, sofas, coffee table ...)

• An American kitchen fully equipped with high-end appliances (pyrolysis oven, induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer with drawers, Senseo coffee maker and electric coffee maker, toaster ...)
• A large living room with sofa CINNA (Clic Clac), two large rattan swivel chairs, two footstools / ottomans, a flat screen TV 80 diagonal, a wood stove
• A bright living room with a rectangular family table, 8 chairs and a 3-seater Provencal bench overlooking a large bay window opening onto the garden.
• A nice back garden with sun loungers, a built-in barbecue, a water point and a spacious dining area under the trees. The garden is fully enclosed, secure for children, with no access to the street.
• A bathroom / WC (access through the patio) with shower and sink, very convenient for beach returns, also equipped with a washing machine and a dryer.

You will be able to park your vehicle in front of the house and on a small plot next to it.
