Great and beautiful villa with 4 bedrooms in the heart of Pattaya, for families and friends. Ideally located, just few minutes from the famous Walking Street and the beaches of Pattaya and Jomtien (about 5 minutes by taxi, scooter, tuk-tuk ...). Restaurants, bars, general stores available 24 hours a day nearby. Close to all amenities.
Quiet, in a superb villa residence secured 24/24. Free parking on site.
The villa has a beautiful private pool and a tropical garden. Nice outdoor terrace with possibility to make a barbecue near the pool.
Large living room, open kitchen fully equipped (hob, oven, large fridge, coffee maker, microwave, dishes...). Snooker, TV with international channels, high-speed WiFi, safety box, air conditioner, desk, iron, washing machine… 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms: 1 master bedroom with king bed and en-suite bathroom, 2 bedrooms with queen beds and shared bathrooms, 1 bedroom in bungalow with en-suite bathroom. A sofa bed is available in the master bedroom, which can be used as an extra bed.
Sheets and towels provided.
Villa tastefully decorated, with all the necessary comfort for your holidays.

Our thai assistant will welcome you and is happy to be of assistance should you have any questions or to help you to organize your holidays (taxi, scooter rental, bike, car, trips…). Pattaya pleasant

Very nice little place No major complaints owners are very professional, and no surprises. (Would be great if there was a cloths dryer.....hard to get hanging clothes to dry in the rainy season.) But these are hard to find anywhere in Thailand. I would love to stay here again.

Nice hideaway

A nice get away. Clean house with a nice pool. Perfect for a small family looking to stay away from the loud parts to Pattaya.

Pool Haus

Die Villa ist großartig und schaut genauso aus wie auf den Bildern. Die Vermieter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit. 7/11 oder Family Mart sind in ca 7 Minuten zu erreichen. Es gibt aber noch ein kleineres Geschäft das in 4 Minuten zu erreichen ist. Für einen Großeinkauf haben wir uns ein Taxi gerufen. Für 400-500 Baht bringt dich der Fahrer zum Makro und wartet vor dem Geschäft. Ich würde das Objekt jeder Zeit wieder buchen.

Ruhige Lage

Das Objekt liegt sehr abgelegen, daher ist es sehr ruhig. Zu Fuss zum familymart sind ca.5 min und zur Hauptstraße 7 min. Die Villa ist gut für Familien, die sich nur entspannen möchten.

Urlaub mit Familie

Wir haben mit bis zu 7 Personen Urlaub in dem schönen Haus gemacht. Der älteste Sohn hatte ein eigenes Häuschen mit Bad. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Wir haben das Haus und den Pool sauber vorgefunden. Einmal in der Woche wurde gereinigt und die Betten bezogen und neue Handtücher gebracht.

Schöne Villa , ruhig gelegen, alles mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Familenurlaub. Die Villa war gut ausgestattet und ein schöner Pool war auch vorhanden. Sehr freundliches Personal . Auto wäre empfehlenswert.. Alle Zile ob Jomtien oder Pattaya leicht erreichbar.

Bra standard och bra läge

Trevlig villa med närhet till det mesta. Mycket bra och pålitliga såväl ägare som den personal som hanterade ankomsten. Ett perfekt ställe om man vill ha lugn och ro, men ändå ha närhet till restauranger, strand, mm.

Nice villa in a nice village

We Can recommend this villa. It has 4 sleeping rooms, 3 bathrooms, big living room and kitchen and a pool. The owner Thierry and His manager Jean-Claude were very nice and helpful. To the main road You have to walk about 10 minutes to jump onto oje of the cheap bath busses that brought You to the beach or to and other place.

Ich bin schon jahrelang in Thailand und habe schon verschiedene Unterkünfte erlebt.Hier war ich aber absolut positiv überrascht.Die Bilder auf der Webseite waren nicht "geschönt" sonder entsprachen der Wahrheit.Top saubere Unterkunft und 1a Betreuung.Alle 2-3 Tage wurde nachgefragt.Wasser im Pool top sauber.Küche in Ordnung genug Geschirr vorhanden.Ich kann diese Unterkunft wirklich ehrlich empfehlen.Es wirkt immer etwas komisch, wenn mann nur positiver liest.Ich habe aber auch nach langer Überlegung nichts negatives gefunden.Herr Thierry und seine Mitarbeiter sind ein tolles Team.Ein Dank an alle.Ich komme auf alle Fälle wieder,

Belle et calme Villa. Proche de toutes commodités.

Nous avons séjourné dans cette très agréable villa, elle se trouve dans une allée privée très calme et sécurisée. La maison est proche de toutes commodités (restaurant, petit supermarché, axes routiers pour accéder aux plages ou au centre ville, location de scooters...), elle est très bien équipée et à l'avantage de disposer d'une piscine privative. Le propriétaire (Thierry) est très sympathique, avenant et accueillant. Dès notre arrivée, il a pris du temps pour nous faire visiter (en plus de la maison) le quartier, les centres d'intérêts à proximité de la villa....Ses conseils nous ont été très précieux et nous lui en sommes très reconnaissants. Nous conseillons, vivement, cette villa. De notre côté, nous gardons un très bon souvenir et nous reviendrons louer cette maison.

tres appreciable

apres avoir etait tres bien acceuillis,un tour du quartier en reconnaissance nous a etait fait avec des bonnes indications qui a certainement contribué a une depense moins depenciere!tres faciles au niveau transport de se deplacer et surtout d etre au rythme de la thailande tres acceuillante.j y retournerai volontiers(surtout pour l apero a boire avant pour tordre la bouteille)je recommanderai car proprietaire a l ecoute et serviable!et puis on est pas en voyage pour regarder la tele ou repasser mais bien pour decouvrir le pays!!!!

Très belle villa, proche de tout.

Nous avons séjourné dans cette belle et très agréable villa. La maison se trouve dans une ruelle privée, calme, sécurisée et proche de toutes les animations de Pattaya. Les transports sont à 5 mn et nous mènent très rapidement au centre attractif de la ville. Les plages de Pattaya sont également à proximité. Quelques restaurants se trouvent proche de la villa. Le propriétaire (Thierry) est charmant, accueillant, serviable et très à l'écoute de nos envies. Il nous a donné de bon conseils. Merci à lui et à son épouse.

un peu déçu par les prestations intérieurs de la villa Clim dans une des chambres très bruyantes, télévision endommagée,(écran plein de rayures verticales et horizontales matériel culinaire réduit ,juste une grande casserole, une poêle très usagée , toute petite cafetière, un fer a repasser mais pas de table a repasser , pas de torchons de vaisselle, et enfin un odeur d'égout dans la chambre avec salle de bain .La piscine était très propre , et la maison un peu loin du centre et des taxis collectifs mais très calme. Bonne reception à notre arrivée

Vous trouvez que la réception faite par mon staff a été bonne, nous avons échangé pas moins de 20 mails, je vous ai eu personnellement au téléphone avant votre arrivée, cependant Vous dites avoir passé une semaine de vacances avec une clim très bruyante , une TV endommagée ? et ..... une salle de bain qui sent mauvais? Comment avez vous fait pour rester dans ces conditions, sans nous prévenir, moi ou Hans qui vous a accueilli ou encore Joy, ma femme de ménage. Vous avez manqué de matériel culinaire et d'une planche a repasser, mais il ne vous est pas venu à l'idée de nous le demander. Très peu de locataires cuisinent, à Pattaya il est plus économique et plus pratique de déjeuner dans les restaurants aux alentours. Ce qui n'aurait pas empêché Joy de vous fournir ce qui vous était nécessaire et ce avec un très grand plaisir. Vous avez séjourné au pays du sourire, ou les gens sont aimables et serviables, nous aurions été heureux de vous aider moi et mon staff.

bonjour nous avons passés un agréable séjour dans votre maison ou nous avons apprécies le calme e l environnement l espace intérieur et le coin piscine la propreté était au rendez vous et l etat général de la propriété.la gentillesse de votre personnel fait partie des bons points.des petits détails des chevets et lampes dans les chambres deux ou trois ustensiles de cuisine en plus autrement rien a dire.la description correspondait a notre attente sauf la proximité de la plage annoncée lors de notre contact téléphonnique.autrement que du bonheur des plages aux restos typiques tout est a voir super séjour.en vérité la seule chose qui nous aie déplue c est le coté mercantile de votre associé la 1000 baths de com sur le taxi a notre arrivée et 500 baths a notre départ pour nous accompagner a l arret de bus c est limite.cela n entame en rien le plaisir de vous avoir rencontre amicalement yves

Hans n'est pas mon associé, mais une société indépendante (SIAM PROPERTY CARE) qui gère les check in et check out lorsque nous sommes en déplacement. Nous avons commencé a travailler avec cette société récemment et je vous remercie de votre retour qui ne m'incite pas a poursuivre cette voie. Très belle maison au coeur de pattaya dans un lotissement privé, coin très calme tout en étant a proximité de la vie nocturne, des bars,des discothèques,restaurants et salon de massage.cette maison est très propre,très bien organisée, un vrai petit coin de paradis, avec piscine privée caché des regards indiscrets beaucoup de très belle plantation entoure cette maison qui lui donne un charme fou, le personnel de maison est très professionnel et très sympathique. le propriétaire est a votre disposition si vous avez n'importe quelle question, il fait tout pour que votre séjour soit du plus agréable possible. je conseil cette maison a tout le monde, famille, célibataire, entre amis vous ne serez pas déçu

Locataires parfait, sympathiques et respectueux de la maison. C'est un plaisir de les accueillir et de donner le meilleur de nous même a des personnes qui nous le rende. Je les recommande très vivement et espère avoir le plaisir de les revoir dans l'une de mes maisons.

Super villa, bien entretenu , agréable et pleine de charme.a un tarif plus qu'abordable.Très bien placer à proximitée de tout les centres d'intérêts.nous avons passé de super vacance.propriétaire très gentil et disponible qui pourra toujours vous renseigner.a recommander fortement!!
