At the heart of the 'Banana Exclusive', the apartment completely renovated in 2013, is located in a building typically Cannes also completely renovated in 2012.
With its central location, having a car is not necessary, but we can take care of renting a car park which is located 100m from the apartment.
The 54m2 apartment is on the 3rd floor (no elevator but with deep stairs).
It has all the comforts: kitchen with dishwasher, washer-dryer, TV, Internet Wifi and wired, A / C (air conditioning)

Perfekter Urlaub

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut aufgeteilt und hat alles was man braucht. Perfekt gelegen in der Altstadt. Die Strände sind zu Fuss sehr schnell zu erreichen. Die Gastgeber sind vorbildlich, sehr, sehr nett und hilfsbereit.Besser kann Urlaub nicht sein.

Des vacances de rêve

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour en famille à Cannes au mois d'août. Tout d'abord l'accueil de Mme Charvolen a été des plus chaleureux, l'appartement était très propre à notre arrivée et des petites douceurs nous attendaient. L'appartement est très bien situé, très proche de Carrefour Market et de la rue Meynadier, proche de la plage du palais des festivals. Nous avons tout fait à pieds. Il est très complet au niveau électro-ménager et la clim ' était vraiment agréable. L'appartement est spacieux et très confortable. Je recommande vivement aux vacanciers cette location, autant pour la gentillesse de ses propriétaires que pour la qualité de cet appartement. Nous reviendrons avec un immense plaisir. Corinne& co

Super séjour !

Super appartement, bien décoré, bien équipé et très propre. Il est parfaitement situé en plein centre ville et est proche de toutes les commodités, ce qui est très appréciable. Les propriétaires sont charmants et disponibles. Petit bémol toutefois quant à l'absence d'une clim. Hormis ce détail, nous conseillons cet appartement sans hésiter. A bientôt, Samia et Kader

Très bel appartement , bien équipé. Bonne situation et propriétaires à l'écoute et très sympathiques . Nous reviendrons . Petit bémol manque la climatisation en période estivale cette dernière serait nécessaire car les nuis sont très chaudes ... Mais ventilateurs présents ... Au plaisir

très belle et propre

la location etait propre et bien entretenue, tres agréable, comme on peut voir sur le photos. Elle est près des restaurants, marches, boutiques et assez proche à la plage. Les chambres sont calme, mais il n'y a pas de climatisation, pour ça s'il fait beaucoup chaude, il faut ouvrir la fenetre du salon et on entende beaucoup de bruit. Le propriétaire etait trés gentil et nous a donner de bons conseils pour le sejour. Nous sommes une famille italienne de trois personnes et nous avons passé vraiment de bonnes vacances à Cannes!

Parfait séjour en plein centre de Cannes

Je suis venue avec 5 amis à moi, nous étions tous âgés de 19 ans, sans voiture, et le séjour fut parfait !! L'appartement est très bien équipé (machine à laver, draps, serviettes, four, micro-ondes, lave vaisselle, produits ménagers...) et très très bien centré : A 5 minutes du Palais, du Port et de la plage, à 2 minutes des supermarchés (monoprix et carrefour market) et de la gare, beaucoup de petits restaurants de toute genre dans les ruelles voisines ainsi que des magasins touristiques, donc tout est parfait. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et veillent au confort et au bien-être des vacanciers, et ceux avec un sourire qui fait plaisir ! Je recommande vivement cette adresse en plein milieu de Cannes qui vaut vraiment le coup ! Merci beaucoup à Paul et Corinne pour leur gentillesse et leur bonne humeur, de la part de tous les 6

Appartamento situato nel centro di Cannes. 5 minuti a piedi da Palazzo del Festival e dalla prima spiaggia. Tutti i servizi necessari sono praticamente sotto casa. La descrizione dell'annuncio è conforme. Appartamento nuovo, pulito e completamente ristrutturato, dotato di tutti gli elettrodomestici. Comodo sia per 4 che per 6 persone. Consigliato sia per un breve che per un lungo soggiorno. Séjour très agréable dans un appartement entretenu avec des équipements très satisfaisants. Le centre ville est à deux pas de l'appartement. Conforme à l''annonce. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et très gentils. Je conseille cette location.
