A cosy property close to the sea and the train station, has everything one may need during their holiday stay. The owners are very welcoming and ready to go an extra mile to accommodate the guests' needs. Would be happy to stay here again.

Outstanding Location - Excellent Apartment – Exceptional Owners

MARCH, 2019 We are from Canada and recently enjoyed 6 weeks of "winter escape" in Menton. We very much enjoyed our holiday staying in this apartment. The apartment was clean and very comfortable. It is so well designed and very functional. Lots of shelves and drawers and the kitchen is so well equipped with everything you require for your cooking needs. Also, we really enjoyed the large balcony and used the Nespresso machine everyday, just like we do at home. Location is absolutely ideal. A five minute walk to the train station and even less to get groceries. Shops, markets, restaurants, the beach, etc. are all just a few minutes away. The owners, Miranda and Silvio are such wonderful people. They are so warm and friendly. They are very sincere and go out of their way to help you have a wonderful holiday in Menton. This was our second long stay in Menton, but our first in Miranda and Silvio's apartment. We are currently looking into another holiday in Menton and intend to stay at this apartment again.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der kleinen aber voll ausgestatteten und sauberen Wohnung. Es gibt einen großen Balkon mit herrlicher Aussicht zum Meer einerseits und zum Gebirge andererseits. Tiefgaragenplatz vorhanden. Strand und Bahnhof nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Ganz toll: Vor der Haustür ist die Haltestelle des 100 % elektrischen und kostenlosen Shuttle in die Innenstadt, welcher im 20 Minuten Takt fährt. Geschäfte und die Altstadt mit zahlreichen Restaurants sind ganz in der Nähe. Die Gastgeber und auch Svetlana die uns die Wohnung übergeben und erklärt hat sind sehr freundlich. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Vielen Dank an Livia und Silvio

Eine kleine, schicke, aber voll ausgestattete Wohnung mit einem großen Balkon mit herrlichen Aussicht zum Meer einerseits und zum Gebirge andererseits! Hunde willkommen, Garage( für kleinere Autos).Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen! Wir kommen wieder!!

très bien

appartement superbement bien placé le seul bémol on nous averti seulement 3 jours avant notre départ que les draps et serviettes sont fournis moyennant la somme de 50 alors que le descriptif nous indiquait que que le linge etait compris le lave vaisselle n e fonctionnait pas à ce jour il devrait être réparé ceci ne nous a pas empeche de passer un sejour agréable

Séjour parfait :- les propriétaires sont très disponibles et prévenants ;- Svetlana, qui nous a accueillis, est très serviable et sympathique ;- l'appartement est idéalement situé, en centre, bord de mer, avec beaucoup de possibilités à pied ; il est très propre et très bien aménagé ;- les plus indéniables de l'appartement sont sa très grande loggia avec balancelle et où l'on peut manger en étant à l'aise, ainsi que son garage, parfait pour un centre-ville.Encore merci pour tout à Livia et Silvio, ainsi qu'à Svetlana ; si nous revenons à Menton, nous reprendrons volontiers l'appartement s'il est disponible !

Für einen gelungenen Urlaub war alles da, auch die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet, man konnte auch in beiden Zimmern gut schlafen. Wie für Frankreich üblich ist da natürlich Verkehrslärm, aber im Zimmer hat man nichts gehört.

je vous recommande cet appartement a Menton

L'appartement et très bien situé, le garage en deuxième sous sol et très pratique (car les stationnement a Menton son compliqué), le balcon et spacieux pour se détendre et déjeuner à 3. Le logement est propre et bien équipé. Nous remercions notre hôte pour sa bienveillance!
