Ein sehr guter Platz

Das Appartment liegt direkt am Plage de Bas Sablons, in entspannter Ugebung etwas Abseits vom Trubel der Intra Muros (die man zu Fuß in ca. 15 min oder mit dem Bus gut erreichen kann). Vom Balkon kann man Morgens die ersten Strandwanderer oder Schwimmer beobachten, abends wunderbar den Sonnenuntergang bewundern. Die Wohnung ist bestens und sehr modern ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Für zwei Personen ideal. Dominique, der Vermieter hatte gute Tipps und war sehr hilfsbereit, auch als wir ein Problem mit einer Autopanne hatten. Das Appartment und der Vermieter sind sehr zu empfehlen.

Traumlage direkt am Meer

Wir haben zwei sehr angenehme Ferienwochen in einem direkt am Strand gelegene Appartment verbracht. Die liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung war überaus reich mit allen notwendigen Geräten neuesten technischen Stands ausgestattet. Besonders lobenswert der riesengroße Kochtopf für Hummer und Pasta. Wir danken Herrn Laisnee für den sehr freundlichen Empfang und die Bereitschaft, seine sehr persönlich eingerichtete Wohung anzuvertrauen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschönes Apartment direkt am Strand. Man fühlt sich gleich wie Zuhause. Die Wohnung war perfekt ausgestattet. In der Küche war alles vorhanden. Der wunderbare Balkon mit dem Blick aufs Meer war unbeschreiblich. Alles war sehr sauber und aufgeräumt. Danke Dominique, das wir 14 Tage diese tolle Wohnung genießen durften.

Juste un petit problème avec la place de parking car notre voiture était trop haute mais nous n'avons eu aucun problème pour nous garer à proximité de l'appartement. Une pépite !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce bel appartement cosy, très bien agencé et équipé, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et très propre. Il est encore mieux que sur les photos (plusieurs améliorations ayant été apportées). La localisation est idéale : balcon donnant directement sur la plage et sur un petit port de plaisance, vue sur St Malo intra-muros (15 mn à pied) et accès direct à la plage. Les couchers de soleil sont éblouissants ! Tous les commerces sont à proximité. Une location exceptionnelle. Un grand merci à notre hôte, ainsi qu'à son ami Dominique qui nous a accueilli à notre arrivée, pour leur accueil chaleureux et nos sympathiques échanges.

Very comfortable, fully equipped flat with marvellous view

The flat ist very nice, lovely furnished and with fully equipped kitchen. The owner has provided everything needed - washing machine, dishwasher, umbrellas and so on and also a lot of information booklets. There is an indoor parking space available. The old town of St. Malo is in walking distance, very close there are shops, restaurants and the market. Sitting on the balcony one can enjoy the breakfast and the amazing sunset. We enjoyed the time spent there!

Le propriétaire est très accueillant et vous donnera toutes les premières infos que vous aurez besoin. Un cidre bien frais nous attendait à notre arrivée, un geste que l'on apprécie La location est tout à fait conforme au descriptif et un garage est maintenant possible à quelques minutes à pied mais rien de dérangeant. L'appartement est très bien agencé, bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Il donne sur une superbe vue mer où vous pourrez admirer la plage, le bord de cote, Saint Malo, le port maritime et les superbes couleurs des couchers de soleil (appareil photo et lunette de soleil indispensables). Vous disposez même au pied de l'appartement d'un accès privé direct à la plage des sablons. Vous pouvez aller à pied à Saint Malo (compter 15 à 20 minutes), la balade est très agréable. Vous avez le marché et tous les commerces de première nécessité à 2 pas. Après à vous la balade (Cap Frehel, Saint Malo, Cancale, Mont Saint Michel.....) L'intérieur des terres est aussi très intéressant (Fougères, Saint Suliac, Dinan...) Vous ne serez pas déçu. Une location et une région superbe

L'appartement est très bien situé (Saint Malo intra muros à pied), très calme, très propre. Rien ne manque... Il est tout à fait conforme aux photos. Assister aux couchers de soleil du balcon, quel régal !!! Le propriétaire est vraiment très sympathique et nous a bien renseignés sur les environs, les marchés, les restaurants... Nous recommandons cette location sans problème.
