4BR/3BA Beach House with Pool by Beach
This home consists of 4 bedrooms and 3 baths with a private pool and large outside patio/porch area. All bedrooms are air conditioned. Only a 10 - 15 minute walk to Playa Pelada beach and 2 minute walk to La Garta Lodge. The 4 bedrooms can accommodate up to 8 adults comfortably and more if the some of the guests are children. We also offer an in home safe and have an up to date security system installed that includes electric gates that come up around the property.
The surrounding neighbors consist of families that live there all year around so you can expect to be staying in a welcoming and secure residential location.
The beach is very scenic with white sand. Playa Pelada is perfect for swimming, boogie boarding, or just sunbathing. If you are a surfer, there is world class surfing, just a 3 minute drive away. You are also a short walk from the Nosara river. There you can fish, take a river kayaking tour or just enjoy the beauty of the river.

Welcome to Casa Carolina! My name is Kendra and my husband discovered this area in the 1990's and has been visiting Costa Rica ever since. For the last 13 years we have been visiting Casa Carolina and have enjoyed our stays so much that we decided to invest in this beautiful property! Hanging in and by the pool and watching the beautiful sunsets are 2 of our favorite things! We enjoy the open concept living area and having all the sliders open to enjoy the breezes! We also love visiting the amazing beaches of Guiones, Pelada and Garza! Nosara has grown over the last several years and brought many amazing restaurants and activities! We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we do when we get to visit!

The amazing views of the coastline from almost every room, the infinity pool and beautiful sunsets. Everything is within a short drive and a few destinations are walkable such as Playa Pelada, and La Garta Lodge.
