Simple elegance and great decor are found throughout this comfortable unit. You will have the best view on the beach right from your living room sofa or in the comfy recliner or rocker. The family friendly open living plan is just what you have been searching for, the large beachfront balcony guarantees nightly sunsets. The large dining room and kitchen are open to the living room. So, no one will ever feel left out. The living room and master bedroom are beachfront and have direct access to the balcony, and everywhere you go in Princess 302, you will have the best views of the beach and gulf! And if you're looking for fresh air, just step out onto your large balcony!
The kitchen has every kitchen gadget you'll need to whip up that gourmet meal in minutes. All appliances are full-sized, including the washer and dryer that are in the large separate laundry room.
You can't beat Princess 302 at the Princess Condominiums, a luxury resort condo. This unit has a king bed in the master bedroom, 2 queen beds in the second bedroom and another king bed in the third bedroom. Unit 302 has been updated with new carpet in all bedrooms, new tile in the living room and dining room and a new recliner in the living room. THIS UNIT SLEEPS 10.
This unit is meticulously maintained and cleaned to the highest standards. No dirty corners or old linens here. The manager personally inspects the condo after every clean and before every arrival! The manager lives at the Princess and is on hand 24/7 to take care of any issues you may have. What you see is what you get when you rent this condo!

Princess Condominiums is situated directly on the beach, so there are no roads to cross and NO crowds to tend with!

This 3 bedroom unit is great for families with children or three couples. The views of sunsets are plentiful and the ocean breezes are non-stop! We are located on the East end of Thomas Drive with less congestion and noise.
If you rent Princess 302, you will be the able to relax in your FREE BEACH CHAIRS under your own beach umbrella while watching the waves and people on the beach. If you like, you can just lay out by the beachfront pool or take a dip in the hot tub. If you feel the need to work off those extra calories, our fitness room is open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily . The best thing about our condo is that it is a quiet piece of paradise just minutes away from anything that you want to do on your vacation. Panama City Beach has great restaurants and fun attractions for the family to do and see! NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING UNIT.
