It 'an historic house located in the characteristic Rione Rocks where once were launched more than 200 sailing ships ocean, overlooking the sea and on the beach. All the accommodation has been completely renovated in 2013/2014 and the decor is cozy, elegant, practical and functional. The apartment is equipped with all the amenities: air conditioning, terrace with wonderful sea view of Portofino, modern fitted kitchen. All this makes it an ideal base for lovers of the sea and relaxing break. It can accommodate up to four people and four-legged friends are allowed on request.

Very clean appartement. Very well equipped in case of kitchen: washing machine, Nespresso machine with capsules, oven, several pots and nice porcelains. We have found children board games, sweets. Bathroom is well maintained, clean, enough and new towels.Flat is on 2nd Floor with Elevator. Central Location but enough quiet for sleeping and relax.Highly recommended!

Entspannte Woche an der Küste

Wunderbare Ferienwohnung direkt an der Promenade. Zahlreiche Restaurants direkt in der Nähe, 50m zum Strand. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich, leise Klimaanlagen und Fahrstuhl. Trotz der Nähe zur Promenade ist es zum Schlafen sehr ruhig, das Schlafzimmer liegt in Richtung des Innenhofs. Toller Aufenthalt.

Wunderschöner Familienurlaub

Die Wohnung ist super gelegen, direkt an einer Platz mit Möglichkeit zum Frühstückaffee, Mittagessen, Eis, Abendessen...direkt am Strand, der mit ein paar kleinen Felsen und vielen Kieselsteinen ideal war zum Spielen und Plantschen für unseren einjährigen Sohn. Außerdem sind wundervolle Spaziergänge an der Promenade in den Sonnenauf- und Untergang möglich. Der Weg in die lebendige Innenstadt ist nicht weit. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und unkompliziert. Das Babybett war toll und auch ein Hochstul vorhanden. Wir sind dankbar für diese sehr schöne Zeit in Chiavari, zu der die Ferienwohnung extrem viel beigetragen hat.

Die Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage, als Ausgangspunkt für viele schöne Ausflüge und Wanderungen in der Nähe. Auch waren wir total begeistert von der Aussicht vom Balkon aus, da wir traumhaftes Wetter hatten, war der Sonnenuntergang jeden Abend inclusive. Direkt vor der Haustüre kann man wunderbar Kaffee trinken oder auch sehr gut essen. Der Strand ist in unmittelbarer Nähe und in zehn Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß den Hundestrand. Für uns hat rundum alles gepasst. Vielen Dank Nicola und Gabriella

Siamo stati ospiti di questa struttura ed ogni volta per noi è come tornare a casa, grazie all’accoglienza , la disponibilità e la gentilezza della gestione. Gli appartamenti sono assolutamente al di sopra delle aspettative e ultimamente con l’attivazione della spa, non plus ultra, d’estate e d’inverno. Nicola e Gabriella, dei padroni di casa eccezionali ci hanno fatto sempre sentire ospiti graditi ed ad ogni partenza non vediamo l’ora di ritornare

Nell'insieme tutto soddisfacente per chi ama la comodità, sia per la vicinanza ai parcheggi, alle spiagge e sia per la passeggiata nel lungomare dove si può trovare un buon ristorante o una gelateria. Appartamento pulito, decoroso, spazioso e tranquillo dotato di ogni necessità e confort; apprezzabile la disponibilità al dialogo dei proprietari su informazioni di ogni genere e non per ultimo la focaccia e marmellata al mattino fornita dalla proprietaria, un gesto di gentilezza nei confronti degli ospiti che non tutti fanno. Mi auguro di ritornare per trascorrere con la mia famiglia un'altra rilassante settimana.

A happy stay aboard the Clipper

Holiday apartments don't get much better than this: beautifully furnished and decorated; a fully equipped kitchen; air-conditioned: with wifi; a fabulous view towards Portofino & S. Margherita; a safe beach on the doorstep; and reasobably priced. The kindness, care and attention provided by the owners was wonderful. Everything exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend the apartment.

Una buona vacanza in Settembre

A beautiful apartment with everything we needed. Gabriella made us feel completely at home and was at hand if we ever needed her. The location is superb, right at the end of the prom and with a heart warming view of the sea from the balcony (especially if you are tall!) We had a car but never used it apart from moving it to allow the street to be cleaned. Un milione di grazie, ancora una volta abbiamo avuto un fantastico soggiorno a Chiavari, e siamo lieti di aver trovato questo appartamento. Lo consiglio vivamente, speriamo di tornare presto. Che dire ! Tutto perfetto. Ottimi locali, nuovi, ordinati e puliti. Ottima location, attraversi la piazza e sei in mare, ti affacci e vedi lo splendore del golfo e di Portofino. Splendidi i proprietari, sempre disponibili, educati e gentili. Il prezzo pattuito è stato rispettato. In poche parole consigliatissimo. Grazie a presto.
