Très bon séjour chez Carlos

Merci pour l’accueil, la facilité d’arrivée et de départ, la communication fluide … La maison est exacte à la description, idéale pour les familles, tout y est : même le lave vaisselle que je n’avais pas vu sur le descriptif, la cafetière Nespresso…. On a bien visité !!

Vakantie met onze honden

Wij huurden de woning in het voorseizoen en het was perfect. Het huis is mooi ingericht en we hebben ook heerlijk in de tuin gezeten. De ligging van het huis is super, je loopt in 2 minuten naar het strand. Ook de honden hebben een topvakantie gehad. We hadden een beetje pech, omdat we eerder naar huis moesten door de Corona-crisis, maar Carlos heeft ons zeer goed geholpen om te bepalen wanneer het tijd was om Spanje te verlaten. Carlos is een zeer goede host. We hebben nu al heimwee naar deze mooie plek en we komen zeker nog eens terug.

Dear Carlos, thank you so much for these fantastic 2 weeks! Your house was clean, had enough space for all our family and included all useful things (washing maschine, tumble dryer, BBQ, babybed ) which any family will appreciate very much. With the beach only a few meters away- our holiday was made perfect! See you next year! Take care, The Goerigk Family!

La casa es excelente, ideal para relajarse y en un entorno excepcional

Hemos estado toda la familia, 7 personas, durante una semana. La casa dispone de todos los servicios y comodidades. La casa está en un sitio privilegiado, puedes hacer muchas actividades alrededor y junto a la playa, solo a 2 minutos andando y en una zona de playa con no mucha gente. Muy recomendable!

Location parfaitement conforme à la description, située à proximité d'une très grande plage et d'une réserve naturelle. Excellent accueil du propriétaire, très bons échanges préalablement et postérieurement à l'entrée dans les lieux. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Sehr schöne und ruhige Gegend

Das Haus selbst ist grösser als man es erwarten würde, die Entfernung zum Strand stimmt mit 150m, was nicht immer unbedingt so stimmt laut Beschreibung. Der Pool in der Anlage ist sehr gross und sauber. Die Anlage wird abgeschlossen, doch Vorsicht, es gibt nur einen Parkplatz, hat man einen zweiten PKW, so muss es ausserhalb der Anlage parken, weil die Spanier sonst Panikataken bekommen, und kleben einen das Auto voll mit Zetteln, was etwas unverständlich ist, das es da genug Platz zum Parken gibt. Zur Stadt muss man etwa 1km laufen, oder es gibt auch eine kleine Bahn, die alle 30min fährt. Es war im Allgemeinen sehr schön dort, kann ich nur empfehlen.

Heerlijke locatie

Wat een fijn huis op een toplocatie! Van alle gemakken voorzien en zeer schoon! Prachtige gemeenschappelijk tuin met een groot zwembad. Mooi strand waar honden zijn toegestaan op nog geen 100 meter afstand. l'Estarit is op loopafstand. Ook in de omgeving zijn veel leuke plaatsjes om te bezoeken. Wij hebben een geweldige vakantie gehad en komen zeker terug!

Pfingsturlaub 2016

Dieses Haus kann ich nur weiter empfehlen! Die Lage ist traumhaft direkt an einem kilometerlangem Sandstrand. Die Ferienanlage ist sehr gepflegt und das Haus geschmackvoll eingerichtet und wurde sehr sauber von Carlos dem Vermieter übergeben (was ich in Spanien schon anders erlebt habe). Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und immer ansprechbar. Der Ort L'Estartit ist am Strand zu Fuß erreichbar und nach Girona sind es ca. 40 km und Barcelona ca. 140 km. Es war ein super Urlaub und wir kommen garantiert in ein paar Jahren wieder! Vielen Dank an Carlos (everything was great, we'll com back Carlos)

TOP - SUPER , beter kan ik de woning niet omschrijven. We hebben echt genoten van onze reis. Leuke tuin, aangenaam en modern interieur, wifi, zwembad en zee zijn vlakbij, rustig gelegen, natuur is vlakbij - men moet maar enkel de straat oversteken (ideaal om de hond uit te laten, te wandelen, te fietsen of te gaan joggen). Carlos, wij komen zeker terug. Uw huisje voelde aan als een 2de thuis. Je bent een geweldige gastheer. Estartit is aangenaam vertoeven.

Espectacular

La casa es muy acogedora y estámuy bien equipada. Dispone de todos los utensilios y la decoración moderna, con muy buen gusto. Las habitaciones muy espaciosas. El entorno de la urbanización es fantástico, los jardines, la enorme piscina..... un 10!!!! Poder disfrutar de una barbacoa, en el jardín privado, con vistas al mar, no tiene precio. Todo muy limpio y a solo 100 metros de la playa, perfecto para los niños y elresto de la faília. Seguro que el próximo verano repetimos. Carlos, el propietario muy amable y atento.

Casa, ambiente, paisaje, trato... todo perfecto!!

La casa y el entorno es precioso y está todo muy bien cuidado. Ideal para ir con niños, pues hay muchas familias y enseguida hacen amigos. Repetiremos el año que viene!! El propietario muy amable y muy conocedor de la zona para recomendar excursiones, restaurantes y actividades. Muchas gracias por todo, han sido unas vacaciones muy agradables.

Ruhiger entspanner Urlaub

Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt, sehr nah an einem riesig langen und breiten Sandstrand. Die Anlage war sehr gepflegt und Anfang September waren nur sehr wenige Häuser belegt. Nachteilig etwas für unsere Kinder (9,13), da niemand anders zum Spielen da war. Das Haus hat alles was man benötigt und entspricht den Bildern und komfortabel für bis zu 5 Personen. Die Badezimmer und Küchengeräte sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was aber nicht weiter stört und wahrscheinlich eher südländischer Standard ist. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und ist immer verfügbar, sollte etwas gebraucht werden. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Des vacances parfaites

En famille avec quatre adultes et trois enfants, nous avons passé deux excellentes semaines de vacances. La maison est spacieuse et bien équipée. L'accès direct à la grande piscine depuis le jardin est très appréciable. Pour terminer, l'immense plage est vraiment à deux pas. Le propriétaire, Carlos, est très sympathique et toujours disponible en cas de problème.

un séjour parfait

Nous avons été agréablement surpris à l'arrivée dans la maison : bien agencée, pratique et propre. Mais la surprise fut aussi à l'extérieur : proximité de la plage (pas de route à traverser ni de voitures !), la piscine au bout du jardin... vraiment fait pour une famille. Le propriétaire est adorable : réactif à la moindre question, disponible et très aimable. Nous recommandons cette location et son propriétaire. Nous espérons bien y retourner l'année prochaine.
