Waterfront luxury Villa (59) with sunset views and boat slip

This recently renovated and spacious 3BD, 2.5BA Villa is the perfect blend of comfort and coastal charm. Each bedroom features its own television, and the living room offers a large flat-screen TV, ideal for relaxing after a day on the water.
Step outside to enjoy direct sunset views over the Gulf from either your private porch or the upper balcony. Just off your back porch is your private boat dock, perfect for boating enthusiasts.
Dock Details:
- Maximum overall vessel length (tip of bow to end of engines): 35 ft
- Hull size must not exceed 31 ft
- Maximum draft allowed: 3 ft
- No multiple vessels or personal watercraft allowed per dock space
- Boater's insurance is required for all owned or rented boats and Indigo Reef Marina HOA needs to be added as named insured. Liability must be set at $300,000.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and dine in, and you can grill your fresh catch on one of several charcoal grills throughout the resort grounds. The Villa is 100% smoke-free, both indoors and on the porches, and is fully appointed with all the essentials for a relaxing getaway—just pack your bags and unwind! the indigo reef resort is so inviting. this townhome has a beautiful view of the water and includes a boat slip if needed. amazing pool and easy access to everywhere in marathon. the townhome was clean and well maintained. it felt like home while I was there!

Indigo Reef Diving Vacation

Wonderful stay at Villa 59. Unit was completely as advertised, clean and very comfortable. The sunset view was even better in person. John, the owner was very easy to communicate with and accommodating with a couple of my minor questions/requests. Perfect location

Overall, the location was absolutely amazing. We really enjoyed all the amenities. The only thing I would recommend changing, the king bed is hard, the kitchen needs to be stocked with cleaning supplies. I like to keep things wiped down and there was absolutely no cleaning supplies. Rugs had tostito chips under them like it wasn’t cleaned thoroughly before our arrival. Besides that, we loved it and we will be back. Thank you.

Wonderful Condo with a nice view!

This is a wonderful place to stay! The condo was clean and well appointed. The view out on the back porch was excellent, especially at sunset, as it is facing west over the Gulf of Mexico. The grounds of the complex were immaculately kept and looked great. The pool is large and very well kept. Pool hours are 8AM to dusk, so no swimming/hanging out after dark. The vibe of the place is laid back and quiet. Quite nice fro a chill vacation. The location is nice. it is centrally located in the Keys, so traveling south to Key West or north to Isla Morada was a breeze. Very near Sombrero Beach as well. A couple of things to note about the property: the parking is a bit tight. Bigger vehicles might have an issue depending on the driver. Also, on the water facing side of the condos, there are no sidewalks that go from the condo porches to the pool or down to the boat slips. you have to walk across the lawn a fair bit to get to the main walkways. While, generally speaking, that is not a big problem, someone with mobility issues may have a hard time getting from the back porch to the pool. Also there are no hand rails for the steps on the main walkways. Just something to make note of if you or someone in your party has a hard time getting around. Overall, our stay was fantastic and John was a good host. I'd stay here again. Thanks!

Great Property!

We love Indigo Reef and this particularly unit was very clean and well maintained. We also preferred this location toward the back end of the property. The view into the bay and the gulf was awesome.

Great location with beautiful sunsets

First time staying at Indigo Reef and plan to return. Upping entering gate you follow a scenic winding road thru a natural undeveloped preserve to reach the waterfront villas on the gulf side of Marathon. Very well equipped unit with comfortable furniture in living room. Master bed was too hard for my liking. Gorgeous views from both upstairs and downstairs decks. Since it faces west, the afternoons can get pretty hot and sunny. Sit and watch the boats go by, watch for fish such as porpoises and sharks to break the surface. Convenient location close to so many great seafood restaurants and charter boat fishing. Highly recommend visiting Aquarium Encounters one day which is so close to resort. The docks were under construction being rebuilt, so we did have noise from generators and saws, etc. But was interesting to watch the progress. It will all be very nice for boat owners once it’s all completed. Each unit has its own assigned boat slip.

Perfect place to discover Keys

Well appointed place in a gated community. Easy hosts. Perfect place to explore keys. Everything nearby including fishing snorkeling beaches boat rentals. Great sunsets. Bridge walk and easy access to Key West Islamorada and all in between. Food and cocktail choices abound.

Property manager very responsive to my questions before arrival. Common areas and master very ample size. Second and third bedrooms just big enough for beds and shared small bath, but if 3rd bedroom not occupied, enough room. Porch opened out to lawn, right on the water for excellent sunset views

First time in the Florida Keys

This was our first time in the amd using VRBO. It was a great first time experience. The property was perfect and our kids had their own room with a balcony. We had plenty of room and everything was very clean. The only complaint that we have, was the beds are extremely hard and very uncomfortable. Other than that we had a great time

Wonderful setting

Absolutely beautiful, quiet setting. The home is lovely and very well-maintained. Very fun to have our own boat slip for renting a boat. And the island is a very nice place to stay.
